Carlos and Chris were fantastic!!!! So professional. Answered all our questions. Mike who came out the day before so knowledgeable. My hubby was impressed and that is hard to do.

On one of the hottest days so far this summer my air conditioner went out. TR Miller came out the next day and Nick M. was able to tell me what the problem was in minutes. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to the explain the issue and how to fix it. I was back up and running in no time.
Bogdan & Aaron were so knowledgable and professional. Bogdan explained everything and was willing to come back to do a service he recommended on another day. I greatly appreciated not only their professionalism but their friendliness. Ask them about their love for Taylor Swift if they’re working at your home!
Showed ID and the company texted me a picture of Joey. Friendly and professional. Easily fixed the problems and eased my concerns immediately. They are less expensive than other plumbers, but it look like all plumbers charge what I think is too much. I would highly recommended Joey and this company. A senior discount would be good. Gary G.
Cynthia was just amazing !!!. I am so impressed. Very courteous, very professional. Explained everything very well. She gave me a very reasonable estimate and will be coming back to complete the repairs.

HIGHLY recommend this company for all services! It has been a great day with both Joey & Jorge visiting us today. They were very helpful, with great advice, honest opinions on the work needed, and a fair quote. Update: Joel, an HVAC tech came and gave our unit a thorough check. He replaced one part ($250), and said the unit should last is a couple more years. This was after another company came and told us our unit couldn’t be fixed and that it needed to be replaced to the tune of $11k. Update 2: Today Conner, Bill & Dylan came and dug a hole in our front yard to replace about 3’ of sewer pipe. They were quick, thorough, and kept us informed throughout the job. I feel confident their work will last and fix the drainage issues we were experiencing.
Bogdan did an excellent, excellent job! He was kind and professional and walked me through everything. I was extremely impressed with his services. He worked extremely hard and we’ll definitely be using TR Miller and Bogdan again!
I had a great experience with an TR Miller company! The technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my AC unit and provide a solution. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and my AC is now working better than ever.
Bogdan was great! He arrived early and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Although we got bad news, he gave us several options to fix our issue so we could make an informed decision without the typical pressure many services teams provide. I would definitely recommend him!
Anthony, KJ, and Nick were all great. Our AC went out a couple days before our baby was due, and they were all able to help us get everything replaced and installed before the baby came. This was a great relief for us and all members of the team provided great service. We will definitely use TR Miller I’m the future.
Bogdan was amazing I love this company I am a big fan. He was knowledgeable and really did an excellent job walking me through his inspection. He is a great service man and I can tell he is excellent at his job. I give him 10 stars alone i recommend him and tr miller.
Leo Cavazos exceeded all expectations for our service call. We called TR Miller for a gas leak in the fittings in/around the water heater. Leo reviewed everything, gave us the options. We asked lots of questions and even asked about different water heaters to replace our almost 30 year old unit. He was patient, respectful, and very insightful. He was even great with our kids! We are got everything scheduled and paid for with his help. I can't believe he stuck around on a Friday night for us. He got here at 5:30pm and just left at 7:30pm. He is an amazing representative of TR MILLER and the plumbing profession. Thank you TR Miller for sending Leo! UPDATE: Daniel S, plumbing supervisor, came to install the tankless water heater. He was super professional, dedicated to the job, and kind. Super happy with our service and products! Thanks again TR Miller!
Had a great experience with the TR Miller team for "no AC" woes today. Everyone from the off-hours call center, the office reception to the technician was patient and pleasant to speak with. My technician, Bogdan T. was great. He communicated with me throughout the diagnostic process and fully explained the repair. Bogdan was very informative and answered all my questions in a way that that helped educate me to get the best from my HVAC system and keep my home temperature comfortable. Fortunately the solution was a small, but essential electrical part replacement.
Leo Cavazos came out following a gas leak which showed water heater connection issues. It was late on a Friday and he was so patient staying to answer all our questions, go over our options, and even above and beyond to assist with financing. He helped us make the best decision for our family helping to alleviate a stressful evening. Thank you so so much. I'm sure it was well beyond his typical work hours being a Friday evening but we couldn't be more grateful for Leo's help!
I had a company I used for years, and unfortunately, it closed. After several reviews for A/C & Heating companies, I had to call TR Miller. I was so impressed from the initial phone call, to the texts letting me know the status, to the arrival of the tech. Drew was fantastic, management definitely hired a true professional. I couldn’t have been more pleased on how Drew was very thorough, and explained everything in detail & answered all my questions. I have several neighbors that used the company that I had used, can’t wait to tell them to look no further, but to reach out to TR Miller.
Jacob was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He laid out all the options available to us, and he helped walk us through everything so we understood it clearly. He even did great with my crazy puppy who HAD to say hi.

I don’t know that I’ve ever had such a great service experience - to the point where I’m not sure if people will believe me. From my initial call and getting a LIVE person answer the call (Gabby) and schedule my service to also getting a LIVE person call me to make sure the time slot was still good for me (Corie) to then a friendly and professional tech (Lucas). I was lucky enough that they had time to fit in a visit on the day I called and also lucky enough that the fix was simple enough for the tech to do on the spot. Each of these people were genuinely friendly. But I’d also like to call out the safety parameters that they took throughout the process. After speaking with Gabby, I received a text with all their contact information so I could easily get a hold of someone. I then received a text from the dispatcher to share a picture of my tech, with his name, so I’d know who was suppose to be visiting my home. This made me feel significantly better about a stranger entering the house. And on that thought, Lucas also asked for my permission to come into the house when I opened the door for him. Simply amazing… so many small measures that added up to a great experience!
