The business in my business flooded. And it damaged my hot water tank I called Curt he came and got it right the very 1st time. He's very knowledgeable and dependable
I called Curtis for a second opinion on an older Unico AC system that I had previously been told needed complete replacement. Curtis proposed repairing instead of replacing, and he had the unit back in working order within a few days of his proposal. He returned calls promptly, explained the problem clearly, answered all my questions, and he and his assistant, Darwin, performed the repair with great professionalism. I highly recommend CW Mechanical.
I typically don’t do reviews, but when somebody goes above and beyond, I think you have to recognize their effort. Curtis was able to come to my house and fix my AC during the 90° weekend actually came a day earlier than planned. And I’ve never encountered someone who was willing to explain what was wrong with the unit what my options were, and get me fixed so promptly and a very fair price I wish more repair people were like him. It truly was a pleasure doing business with him.

Great honest company and Curtis did an awesome job explaining what he did and what was needed.
So happy that I went with CWM saved $5,000 by not having to buy a new AC unit Curtis kept me informed on each step he was doing. He meticulously went though each part until he got to the root of the cause which was the fan motor after a deep cleaning and a replacement fan motor my 21 year old Unit is quieter then it’s ever been it’s safe to say I think I found who’s going to be serving my house Forever!

We had a little issue with our hot water heater and Curtis was able to fit us in the very next morning as it was not an emergency for us. He came on time, as always. He explains what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. If you have any questions, he has no problem telling you the answers. I love his professionalism, his knowledge and he leaves no cleanup for you to do! He’s the best around! We trust his work and will continue to refer him to others.

CW Mechanical is a top company for ALL things regarding HVAC, A/C and many more. Curtis is the main professional I’ve worked with for all of my repairs and maintenance at my rental property. He goes above and beyond to keep me informed on what’s going on and what it’ll take to fix a problem. All of the prices are more than fair and reasonable, and the work he does has always been high quality and done to perfection. We called Curtis to see if he could come out and service our walk in cooler at our business. He was available to come out the same day, and was in our store within a couple of hours. He was very thorough and explained what the problem was and how he needed to fix it. He had all the parts he needed with him, and made sure our system was working properly long before he left. We will definitely be using his services again.

My elderly parents were in some what of a bind as their furnace was not functioning and temps are rapidly beginning to drop in Chicago/IL. CW Mechanical was a reference given to my mom by a neighbor. The service was top notch everything was explained in detail of what was needed and why after a full analysis was done. Very personable & friendly. Quality parts professional very straight forward cleaned up everything after work was completed and the service was prompt confirmed appt date/time the day before. Reasonably priced with warranty's and service was completed the day after the holiday ! I was very impressed with the care taken to make sure everything was working properly before leaving their home. Itemized billing and various methods of payment accepted. I have already begun to spread the word of how impeccable this company is. Thanks a million CW Mechanical !!!

Simply put-Mr. Walker is a one of a kind, a cut above. He performed my yearly furnace service and took the time to not only show me but explain in detail what exactly he was doing. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Curtis was great! Professional, freindly and explained everything. We called in the morning as our heater just stopped working. Was able to stop by in the late afternoon, and took a look. Easy fix, but still took the time to explain what happened and what he was doing. Highly recommend!!
