Tony and his team are always responsive and professional in their diagnosis and repairs of our furnace and air conditioner. Their charges are fair and their work in guaranteed. I highly recommend Eagle Air!
Scam company. Wasn't going to be a customer to a scam. $3150 in "modifications" to install a furnace. Scam indeed. BE CAREFUL OF THESE GUYS
I've had Tony & his company out a few times through our home warranty. Everyone there has been professional & found and fixed the problem efficiently. I like that it is the same guys and feel as if they know our family. I would definitely recommend this company!
Would give them zero stars if I could. The worst contractor I have ever encountered. Was sent by AHS and he tried to get me to buy a new a/c unit after sending a novice technician out to fix the problem. Who despite three visits could not fix it. I called the office and tried to speak to the owner who refused to come on the phone. Finally had another company come in and fix the problem who said there was no need for any replacement. This company and owner are just out to fleece you beware! Use another Hvac company
I was given this provider thru my Home Insurance. The technician said the unit was not fixable and recommended replacing my entire unit. a bunch of add ons were sent over my insurance and a considerable amount was not covered because it was not related to my heating unit. I tried calling and asking for details given i just need my furnace fix. finally, I requested a second opinion and as it turned out my Blower was broken. it was replaced by a different company, and I did not have to pay anything. BE AWARE if you are using your insurance. they will try to scam you!!!!!
Tony at the office is very helpful! His team is very professional Anthony is a great tech. They did everything to make it work in timely manner.
Disrespectful and unprofessional,! I made an appointment for 8-12pm and when I called to ask why no one came, (11:59am), they said that they called me, and we missed our appointment! Not true! I work from home and I did not have one miss call from them at all, and no one buzzed at my door. I called the place and they hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
My overall experience with Eagle Air Inc wasn't a good experience and I be informing AHS that won't be using this company for any future HVAC services. Arthur the tech was very rude and disrespectful to me during his service visit. He had the nerve to tell me "He was trying to get home and didn't have time to explain what was going on with the furnace." He also was more concerned with trying to convince me that my furnace had a cracked heat exchanger than trying to determine why the furnace wasn't turning on and heating our home as we had to sleep in our home the night before with NO HEAT! Even after looking at the heat exchangers with his camera and finding no cracks he still insisted that the furnace had a cracked heat exchanger because the flames were slightly rolling backwards when the burners turned on. The furnace did strangely come back on and started operating normally but this wasn't due to Arthur's HVAC diagnosis or repair service. I have no confidence in his assessment of my furnace and believe he showed a high level of incompetence his assessment and customer service skills. I would not recommend him or Eagle Air anyone.
Business was referred through home warranty. I was a little apprehensive as I had never heard of them. Called to confirm service as I hadn't received confirmation call. Tony was beyond rude. But everything turned around when I met Arthur. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. If you need service Arthur is your man! Tony, thank you for response. Angie actually did call to confirm as she had done previously as well as warranty company. My concern was appointment being rescheduled again and I was home for the day. Sorry you weren't able to understand what I was attempting to convey to you. At any rate Arthur was beyond amazing and made up for the poor interaction between you and I.
Eagle is great, love their service and especially Arthur is great!!! Very informative!!!
Showed up, professional, great communication and quick work. 10/10 no problems
I was a little leary from the previous reviews but glad I continued with the service.I requested a furnace checkup through my home warranty and this company was dispatched. Arthur was my technician and he was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. He informed me of everything he was doing to my furnace and answered all my questions. He was very thorough with his inspection
Arthur and Jacob were very professional and informative. I will definitely refer this team to my clients.
Arthur was amazing!!!! He would not leave until my last question was answered, was an educator as well as professional-can’t say enough good about him or his service-AWESOME!!!
Arthur did an outstanding job fixing my furnace system. He educated me on the issue and make sure we had heat before the end of the night.
Quite an unprofessional practice by Eagle Air. They didn't show up for the appointment that they have scheduled and paid by us via AHS over a month ago. When you call and ask for clarity on their no-show, they easily label the conversation as an argument and disconnect the phone line. They will give you a date again in close to a month's time, and who knows what they will do then?? they can literally give you the same excuse and do a no-show, who knows ... My take is that they do not honor people's scheduled appointments/time/commitment and willing to prioritize on most profitable jobs by cherry-picking the jobs in an overbooked schedule. This is why this company is irresponsible and demonstrates rude behavior, and unprofessionalism, hands down! Now I read the reviews for Eagle Air more closely, many of the folks have experienced the same poor experience and reported in many google and yelp reviews. I've noticed that most of the incidents occurred were contracted via AHS just as I have experienced. Just like many others, AHS home warranty somehow still contracts the HVAC maintenance to this company and schedules a date month down. Their excuse was a heat emergency call or something along those lines, and have canceled the appointment with very short or no notice. Eagle Air should understand people take time and plan for the contractors/technicians to show up in advance, they take the day or morning off to stay at home and these folks tend to think that peoples'/customers' time is not as valuable as to their time and priorities and preferences. On AHS side, for some reason, they still continue to contract these guys and charge people for pre-season heat checks in advance, yet do not address these issues with time frames when the service is provided. If Eagle Air does this twice to a customer, their pre-season heat checkup will be done in freezing December, and we live in the midwest, ridiculous!! Disappointed.
Poor service. Did not fix problem with gas furnace originally, then offered to come back 4 days later when my area was experiencing sub-freezing temperatures during that time and I had a toddler in house. Took forever to get through to someone (they put on answering service after 5pm, and no one contacted me after that, despite an expedited request put in by my home warranty service), who was rude and insulting to me. Choose someone else.
Technician Arthur R. did a great job very detailed about the issues found highly recommended
Had my thermastate changed last year was a simple job. Used them again with my home warranty. The tech is very nice and easy to talk to. However my boyfriend who has been hvac for 15 years and in the Union had to walk this man through how to look inside the furnace. Problem is he never opened up the furnace to look. Looked confused and couldn’t answer when boyfriend threw parts at him and issues. Told me unit was over charged yet never took the Freon out. Said he changed capacitor. Which now makes me wonder if it was even bad and told boyfriend unit was not dirty a bit here n there. So new company came out. Boyfriend told tech on phone the issues and bam needed a new coil as the improper one was installed by original air unit installers who again sent out by warranty company. If I had the money I would never use a warranty company. Nice people here but they need to send thier techs to continue education or hire techs with more experiance. Always read reviews before allowing warranty company to send someone out. I’m sorry I had to write this review but I don’t want anyone else to waste money for a diog and be stuck with now heat or air.
I must say that my technician Anthony was very knowledgeable very kind and very professional I would recommend this company and was very impressed
