Clayton did an EXCELLENT job! He removed and installed the water heater on his own. He was respectful of my property and my neighbor’s. He followed the installation with a clear explanation of the features on the new water heater and other upgrades that were made.
Installed water heater same day. Within a few hours of ordering it.
I was not pleased at all with the process we went thru when we had to purchase a new hot water heater and the installation. We were in the store and had to sign up to get a call from the installer. They called while we were in the store and we told them what we were looking for and knew what heater wanted. They quoted us a price that was we thought was high but we hadn’t had any service like this done in quite a few years so we accepted the offer. I offered to give them the model of the heater we wanted but was told they didn’t need it. I ask for copy of an invoice or quote so we could see what we were being charged for. I never received anything. After we got home we thought about the Quote and couldn’t understand why we were going to pay so much for the installation. We called this company back to see why it cost 2 1/2 times what the heater cost itself. They explained about installing other things like a carbon monoxide detector and other things that we did not want. We asked if they had a cheaper installation package and were quoted a cheaper price. Little did we know that the cheaper pice was for a cheaper water heater, not installation costs. I should have caught this when they were going over the quote but i was under the impression that we paying less for the install so I really didn’t pay attention when I was told that we were getting one. The only thing mentioned was the BTU. They should have said “You are getting a different model than you wanted”. They didnt. They came and installed the cheaper model then when my husband got home from work he noticed it right away. We called them and talked to them about the problem. After a couple of calls to them they offered to install the water heater that we wanted for almost $1000 more. I will never refer anyone to this company. I will be sure to listen to every word spoken in any communication going forward with anyone that is doing work for us. I will also get something in writing before having

Though my issue has been work in progress, I still want to leave a review and express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from one of the water solutions advisors, Mike Lewis. I would like to leave a review highlighting Mike's professionalism and dedication to resolving my issue. I initially contacted DRF's customer service department regarding a problem with my improperly installed water heaters that didn't pass the city's inspection. Unfortunately, my first conversation with another representative left me feeling frustrated and unresolved. However, my experience took a significant turn for the better when I spoke with Mike. From the moment I connected with Mike, he demonstrated remarkable competence and attentiveness. He swiftly retrieved my information from the system and assured me that this issue would be addressed promptly. Not only did he take the initiative to contact the technician responsible for the installation, but he also ensured that I received a follow-up call within just 30 minutes. Mike's commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining clear communication left a lasting impression on me. I genuinely felt that he genuinely cared about my concerns and the satisfaction of his customers.
Juan and Andy come to install water heater. They both are very knowledgeable and very professional. Got the job done seamless with no issues. For sure recommend them .
I use DRF company through Lowe's, they charged me $1,609.52 to install a hot water heater. The installer broke a copper pipe which started gas to leak. I had to call the fire department and utilities company which both said this was from the installer breaking the pipe. DRF wants to charge me extra for a plumber to come out and fix their mistake. I still do not have any hot water after paying $1,609.52. DRF is saying their installer didn't make any mistakes. Today is 5/20/23 and I have to wait until Monday to get a plumber out. They are false advertising, they states customers satisfaction, but they want this customer to pay extra for the plumber mistake
I had the service team to put on a new kitchen faucet and fix a water leak. The two plumbers that did the job were Clayton and Tyler K. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone. They also listened well and were nice to my dog (an extra bonus). My thanks! Jim Veltman, LCPC

They did an ok job installing the water heater. It took super long to get it done. The "price match" that they offer is bait. They have all sorts of ways to say the "price match" does not qualify.
Andy and Jesus did an amazing job, it was really quick and professional. They did a careful assessment of our boiler room, performed the installation of a new water tank and kept everything clean and tidy. Super friendly team. I would DEFINITELY recommend their services for any heating system maintenance.
Dishonest company out to deceive customers. They don't send a contract until the installer is there, leaving you no time to actually read it. The installer stood over my shoulder and said "just sign it". They upsold me on a more expensive tank, promising it had a feature it did not have, then wouldn't resolve my complaint about it.
Andy and his crew were informative, and repaired what I needed done. I would use their services again.
I'm uncomfortable working with plumbing so I decided to hire a plumber through Home Depot to replace my tub faucet. The project was supposed to be an easy job, so I was surprised to hear from the plumbers that there were complications with water coming out of the back-end of the faucet. They suggested that I head to Home Depot and purchase a slip-on faucet, and that if the leak continued, I would need to call DRF and have them come back to rip up my tile/dry wall for a major repair. After they left, I noticed some damage to my copper piping. From the looks of it, the plumbers overtightened the set screw which prevented the faucet from sealing with the pipe. This was the exact reason I hired a plumber to begin with: avoiding damage to my copper piping. Luckily, I was able to contact another plumber who was able to repair the damage and install the faucet without going into the drywall. When I contacted DRF for a refund, their response was, "According to our contract, you needed to give the plumbers a chance to make things right." These were the same guys that told me if I called them back they would rip out my tile/drywall, costing me even more money in contractor repairs. Why would I ask such incompetent techs to come back and potentially do even more damage?

Purchased a toilet from Home Depot with installation. Mike was the installer and he was great. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He completed the installation in a timely manner and made sure the area was cleaned up before he left. I couldn't be more satisfied.
I bought a toilet from Home Depot and was referred to them and they came out and installed the toilet. Once they installed the toilet the toilet wasnt flushing correctly but I thought it was just the new toilet it didnt have much water when it flushed and not enough power. I replaced my old toilet that never was clogged or anything. After they put the new toilet it clogged whereas I couldnt plunger it out at all. I called the company to see if they could come out and see whats happening they said it would cost 250 to come out to look at it. Then they told me maybe it was a clog somewhere in the line I figure if it had a clog somewhere it wouldve been happening with the old toilet too. But I never had that problem in three years of buying the house until they installed the new toilet. I replaced that toilet and the same problem.
