As luck would have it, my A/C unit failed on one of the hottest days of the year. To make matters worse, I have a wife and new mother to our 5-day-old newborn at home. The situation was incredibly stressful, but your team made it their top priority to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I was met with professionalism and a genuine concern for our well-being. James, Mike, and Jesus arrived promptly and installed a new disconnect, A/C unit and furnace combo. They answered all of my questions and provided me with valuable information about the system and its maintenance. I cannot thank you enough for the quick response and install time given my situation. Al Ruiz-Serna was out at my house today for an AC maintenance and cleaning. His service was just excellent as well as his personality. He was very personable and explained things to me, and was very detailed. His service was terrific.
Our vent tube has a bunch of 90s and he went into the basement and was very thorough.
We have used comfort services a handful of times now. They are very knowledgeable and discuss different options for maintenance/repair. They are always courteous and professional. We will continue to use their services. I love that the company sends emails and texts of who is coming into my home with their photo. They are respectful of our home including pets and tiny humans.
When a maintenance tech diagnosed our AC having a leak, we decided to replace the unit. They were able to install same afternoon. Eric, James and Jesus were all excellent. On time for both appointments. Definitely recommend!
James and Jesus were great to work with. On time, very efficient and knowledgeable about HVAC. New unit is wonderful. Eric was the original tech that diagnosed the issue and was able to get a crew and unit out the same day!
My tech was Paris Molex and he was quick, thorough, kind and respectful. Last year I had a different company do yearly maintenance. And they said we had to replace our AC unit asap. So I thought for sure that would be the case today.. but no, all it needed was the wiring to be tightened up. Apparently it had come disconnected somehow. Paris had it fixed in a few minutes and 1/2 an hour later my AC cooled my home. It was glorious! Thanks Paris. And Comfort Services.
Our technician was Eric Smith and just outstanding customer service! He brought an issue to our attention and gave multiple options with a reccomdation. This service is why we keep using Comfort Services Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

My installation was scheduled for 8:00am To 8:30am. I received a email on the technicians who were coming including a photo. James and Jesus were there at exactly 8AM. I had to go out and I would not return until after they were finished with the installation. After talking to them and the initial person (who came to service the unit)(Eric). I felt confident and I felt that they were very trustworthy. I only met 3 employees but they were all great. When I returned, the house was all locked up and the AC was working very quietly. I would, definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Service technician was very professional and explain what needed to be done in layman terms. We will probably ask that he come back and do the furnace maintenance for us too.
Fantastic company to deal with. I give very few good reviews but this one deserves the best! The professionalism of both techs was superb! Super polite and very respectful. Hands down I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for service!!!
There customer service was great. Our furnace went out, they were here that day and installed a new one the next morning. They maintain our A/C system and furnace, they are always on time and courteous.
