Great customer service! When my old furnace died and I called to schedule service, the representative that answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable—she even gave me tips on how to keep my house warm during the winter. My technician was also great, and he got right to work fixing my problem. I would definitely recommend this company!
They always respond quickly and produce excellent work. Even when it wasn't their fault, they have never failed to find a solution for my issue. I would suggest them to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning maintenance because they are really competent.

Elijah visited our outdoor unit to check for a coolant leak. He did a great job of attempting to assist us in finding a solution and was straightforward and forthright about it. They Require $250 dollars to give an estimate. Then I called 2 other HVAC in Plainfield, both with 5 stars, which yielded an appointment at 1pm same day, and an appointment at 9 in 4 days , for no charge. Avoid these guys.

The quote was timely, and the least expensive of 2 other competitors. The install could not of been smother. The installers and project manager were knowledgeable and friendly. It would be hard for anyone to surpass the positive experience I had with Bulldog Heating & Cooling Repair. Would surely use them again.
We had our AC and furnace replaced today by Bulldog Heating & Cooling Repair. They did such a great job. My husband and I already had plans to be in and out of the house all day long and we had total peace of mind leaving the house with the techs there. Highly recommended.

We have used this company for many times and keep going back to them. Just had our new central air unit installed last week and the guys did an excellent job. It wasn't the best day, raining and drizzling while they were installing but they did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything. I didn't even have to clean off the steps going downstairs in our basement where they had to work. Highly recommend them!

I had a tremendous experience. My home was a rental and the tenants did not take care of my ac units. Jeff saved me a ton of money by fixing the simple problem of clearing out the drain. When I spoke to Mike on phone, he said he would be out to my place in 30 minutes since he was within the neighborhood.He was very knowledgeable and walked me through every component he checked and was up font with the cost. Our furnace unit was back to its working order in 30 minutes. Very trustworthy and honest.
