Jimmy does a good job. He explains what I should prepare for when I install a new furnace. He is friendly and I enjoy talking to him. I have become familiar with his character and he is honest and helps me prepare for any future costs. He came out later today which I see as doing extra. Thanks Jimmy!
We've been using Five Star ever since we moved to Palatine about 6 years ago and they have been wonderful to work with and have kept our Heating and AC up and running with regular maintenance and the occasional repair - Highly recommended!
Called in for AC repair. Tech was at the house within 20 minutes. Issue was identified with in 20 minutes. Part and repair schedule were also set up. Bill, thank you for your quick response.

Always top notch technicians from Five Star. This time Quincy visited. He took the time to explain the work he was doing, the available options and his suggestions. Its obvious that he knows what he's doing and is a trusted resource working on your HVAC.
Through their bi-annual scheduled service visits Five Star has kept our HVAC system in good working order. Also, last summer when the AC compressor had a problem Five Star arrived promptly and resolved the issue.
