The BEST. The absolute BEST. Installed our awesome new Trane furnace 5 yrs ago and we have never been happier. Matt's Heating and Cooling ' work is superlative. Prices are very reasonable. Today our old filter in the upstairs intake register needed replacement. Even though it was after business hours, they arrived in under 1 hour to fix things for us, with helpful advice and courteous, professional, gracious service. In peak wintertime. Matt's Heating and Cooling is truly more than a 5-star-review company - it's a business of honor. We are thankful. Our highest recommendation!
The technician was awesome and courteous. He did a great job walking us through what needed to be done and everything was scheduled quickly. The install team did our work over the course of 2 days so that we didn't have to have our heat off for longer than 5-6 hours per day which was much appreciated. I would recommend Matt's Heating and Cooling Company in a heartbeat. Keep making your customers happy and special!
Professional installation personnel. Attention to detail is exemplary. Thorough explanation of system features and operation. After installation was complete, a minor modification was made to exhaust pipe routing at my request. I am completely happy. I can't comment on whether the system is good value yet. System was a bit high in price and needs to run trouble free for years. I don't expect any trouble as the same company installed new AC last year and it works perfectly. In general you get what you pay for. This is an excellent company to work with.
I was trying to find a garage door company that would come right away, and I found them online. They were great! The tech arrived in about an hour after I called. He did a great job and even helped me with my other garage door issues!

Only thing I would change about your company is maybe making your prices more transparent: it's hard to tell exactly how much things cost until after you've called them up anyway!
