I reached out to Crown Heating & Air Conditioning after my AC went out completely. The technician arrived within one hour of my contacting him. He was pleasant to work with and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly for a very reasonable cost. I wholeheartedly recommend him for your AC needs.
Our sales representative Renee was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through what options were available to us with having to replace our old furnace. The installers arrived on the designated date and performed the task of removal and installation within the same day. Also very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of any future work that is offered by them.
We needed to have our air conditioning unit replaced and this company did an excellent job. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. The new unit is working perfectly and we have noticed a significant difference in the cooling of our home.
Terrible experience. I was provided a window of when my technician was supposed to arrive for the service call. They went through the timeframe with no contact. Then the technician supervisor was not able to have the tech respond. They charged me for the service fee when no service was provided. They wanted to come 4 hours after the scheduled time. It takes 7 days for the funds to be returned and they do not send a confirmation of your cancellation and the refund policy for 2 days. They won't let you speak to a manager only send messages through the contact center who has customer service representatives that are rude and provide poor service at best. I would not recommend this company unless you want to be charged upfront and not have a scheduled time for service to be completed.
I had never used this company before, but they were recommended to me by a friend. When I called, I immediately received an answering service who asked me questions and came back later with an estimate. They set up a time for the service and the technician showed up on time and was very friendly and professional.
He came out to look at my AC and it was pretty obvious what the problem was. He gave me a fair estimate on the repairs and had it fixed quickly. I'm so thankful I found someone I can trust!

I needed an AC repair but was also thinking about replacing my system. The tech was able to show me that my system still works but I need a new fan. He didn't try to sell me on a new system, which I really appreciated.
He was SUPERB and extremely competent! I was informed in advance of the cost of my bill and the nature of the problem. I am a very satisfied client who will absolutely use him for future repairs and servicing. I also strongly suggest this business! It was fixed quickly.
Fantastic service. The techs were amazing, well planned, great service, great product, good value. As a florist it made a significant difference to our working environment keeping us and the stock at a constant temperature. I am so happy I found this company! The owner is such a sweetheart, and he came over to my house and explained everything to me. He fixed my heating unit and has been great at keeping in touch with me. I highly recommend this company!
I would like to take the time to commend them on their excellent service. I called them today for an emergency repair and they were able to come out within 24 hours of my call. They were very kind and professional, and did a great job fixing my problem! I highly recommend this company if you need heating or air conditioning services.

My heating system wasn't working and I was worried about how much it would cost to fix it. But, when I called them, they told me that they could come out right away and fix it for me! It was really nice to know that they were going to be able to do it at a reasonable price.

Kind of fishy the address they give is a nail salon, don't you think? Tried to physically go there and complain but it was just a bunch of nail techs working there. WTH!!?
Mike and his teammates just finished installing my new boiler. It went without a hitch, and the installation, if I do say so myself, is wicked clean and just gorgeous. Prior to this project, I received 3 quotations from different organizations. Mike is not simply a fantastic deal; his work is also top-notch.
Had a complete system replacement recently, and the installation team of George and Larry was very prompt, competent, and amiable. George described how the new system worked and kept me updated throughout the installation process. After the installation, they both took care to leave my house in pristine condition. They have found a lifetime customer!
They tried to con a 72 year old lady. The driver was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Even after I was given a price he tried to get more money out of her. And after I canceled he still tried to show up. Worst company I ever dealt with.
I had a service call with Crown Heating & Air Conditioning. The gentleman who came here was excellent. He explained everything that was going on. He was very professional. This is the second time I have used this company. Both times their employees were excellent. So, it looks like they are attracting and keeping good people. Thank you .
