How is this business located across the street from a mobile home community but don't service mobile homes?....
great service their tech. Gerry did a great work fixing our problem for the heater awesome performance.
They were suppose to come out and repair something on my 1-2 year old furnace that they installed. They were a no call no show after I moved my schedule around to accommodate my scheduled appointment with them. I should have used another company to purchase my furnace.
Jerry did a thorough job of inspecting and cleaning my 50+ year old boiler. He checked out every aspect of the system and it is running perfectly. He is knowledgeable and professional and his cheerful attitude was a plus!
Chicagoland installed our new furnace years ago and everything was fine until we recently had our vents cleaned by another company and suddenly had a loud booming noise after the heat shut off. The technician came the day after I called, he explained what we were doing wrong, tested everything to be sure the noise had stopped. We couldn't be happier!
Frank was the technician that performed annual maintenance on our furnace today. Found him to be professional, couteous and conscientious. Spent a lot of time with great attention to detail. Very satisfied with the service.
Chicagoland installed a new a/c unit and thermostat. Technician Joe and jesus were outstanding. They were on time, extremely knowledgeable in their field, Joe has a knack to being very detailed oriented. Joe and jesus answered the many questions that popped up very professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any AC issues. Corrected. There was no mess from beginning to end.

Hey Chicagoland- I reached out on 5/26/21 and 6/3/21 and have not been contacted back regarding work still not completed that is spelled out in my signed contract with the owner, Skip. A phone conversation with “Joe” the new guy, led to him telling me nothing else was going to be done about the unfinished work. Is that what happens once your company has payment in full? Waiting for satisfaction... ***Update** I contacted Chicagoland as they had asked. We were able to reach an agreement. They came out to my home at the end of July and completed the work to my satisfaction. Thank you, Chicagoland.

There's a short bald guy who is a driver. He was interacting with me while I was inside my car trying to be a tough guy and provoke me to say something. This happened late June when the train was stuck on the tracks. I thought it was hilarious but obviously unprofessional. I was not frightened and he kept trying to stare me down and talk tough. What's up shorty?
Chicagoland was responsive. They quickly diagnosed and resolved my issue. They were professional and prompt when installing my new system, and they made sure the area was clean when done. I am a satisfied customer!
Chicagoland had installed a new AC unit and the service and professionalism of Steve and his partner was a welcome change. They answered any questions I had. Kudos to Dave Baglarz for setting up the new install and making sure that the AC unit would be the best for my needs. I would recommend Chicagoland to anyone who needs service for either their heating and/or AC, be it service or new install.
My neighbor recommended Chicagoland Heating & Air Conditioning as the granny special I just bought had clogged coils in the otherwise great AC unit and we were roasting. For a fair price and in record time (same day service after a cancellation), my family was cool and I was back to work. The tech was beyond professional and informative and just a generally cool dude to boot. Anyway, I recommend 'em! Just for tonight, it's gonna get chilly in here.

We woke up today with no heat. I called in the morning and spoke with someone and was advised I would get a call back from one of there service men. We got a call from Rob and we spoke briefly of what was the problem and he gave us a estimate time frame he may arrive, we did tell him it was urgent because we had three little kids and it is really cold today. He arrived and was very professional and fast. He had the part available with him, explain to us everything that he was doing and what we need to do to maintain and service our heating system. He provided great information and worked quickly to resolve our issue! Thank you Rob for all your work! Highly recommend!
I woke up this morning without heat. I called Chicagoland and they came out the same day. Rob came out and determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced. He was able to get the part for my furnace and complete the repair the same day. My furnace and AC is 20 years old (Chicagoland has serviced my furnace/AC annually for the past 17 years). As usual, Rob was very professional, on time, and was able to resolve the issue. Additionally, Rob shared with me the cost of other repairs that may be needed in the future. He let me know that if I wanted to replace my unit, within 30 days, the cost that I paid for the blower motor can be applied to a newly installed system. This was extremely helpful so that I know all of my options.
BEWARE!! I called this company because of a suspicious diagnosis l received from a previous HVAC company who advised me that my furnace needed a coil cleaning. Chicagoland heating and air conditioning arrived on time and that was the start and end of a pleasant service. The technician's diagnosis was possible overheating issues and recommended the furnace coils be acid washed. I asked the price and if he could clean the coils the same day and of course the technician stated l would have to call their office for an estimate and to schedule. I paid $155.00 service charge only to be told l had to reschedule, meanwhile my furnace is still not operating properly. I did in fact call their office and was advised their coil acid cleaning price is $1800 and service couldn't be performed till two days later. Of course this news prompted me to get a third opinion asap. The third HVAC company sent a technician and his diagnosis proved my furnace didn't required a cleaning of any kind. He simply adjusted the blower speed and gas pressure adjustment screw to the recommended specification. My furnace is working perfectly and the best thing is it was free of charge. I wasn't charged a service fee of any kind and more importantly it wasn't recommend that l needed to pay $1800 for coils to be cleaned. In a effort to get my money back for paying for a misdiagnosis. I called Chicagoland heating and air conditioning's customer service. I spoke to the representative and informed her of the misdiagnosis and requested a refund of my money. The representative stated, that is the fee just for the technician to come out to diagnose the issue. I then asked for clarification purposes, so irregardless of whether or not the diagnosis is correct or not I am still charged for the service call. The representative then reiterated her first statement that yes that is the fee for coming out. She placed me on a brief hold and came back on the line and asked me if I can email the receipt from
We replaced our heating and air conditioner system and added two new vents in the basement, Jay was able to accommodate us the following week after we called them and everything was done in 1day. Jay and the guys were very professional and explained how everything works before they left. We would recommend it to family and friends.
