Matt was very professional and better yet very knowledgeable! He went beyond his call of duty to make sure he answered all of our questions and even stayed later then he should have to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We were expecting to hear the normal “you need a new unit”. But, Matt ran all the necessary tests to make sure it would be done the right way. We were so happy to find out it could repaired! We definitely recommend this company.
The customer service at Shephard's Heating & Air Conditioning is the best I've ever had. They were fast, friendly and professional. They came out to my house and explained everything that was wrong with my air conditioner in a very clear way. They didn't try to sell me anything but instead just fixed it so that I could use it again!

My family and I were very happy with how quickly you got to the job and how friendly your workers were. We had a really old heating system in our house that we hadn't been able to get replaced for years, and we were so thrilled when you came out and fixed it up so that we could get back to living comfortably again. It was great having someone come out who knew what they were doing and who was willing to do whatever they could to make sure that everything went smoothly. Shephard’s Heating & Air Conditioning technician was prompt, polite, and very informative. The price was very good considering they were repairing the AC and checking the heater as well. Couldn't be more grateful!

We had Ken from Shephard’s Heating & Air Conditioning come to our home to repair our heating and cooling units and I can approve that there is no inconsistency or surprises with the estimate given . He not only considered my tight program but he went an extra mile and fixed the two units within an hour as I had requested since I was leaving for a meeting. Spectacular!!
