I have used Caliber for several years now, and I would recommend them to anyone. They are very knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning systems, but they also take the time to understand the needs of their customers. They have great customer service and are always willing to go above and beyond to help you.

I've had two different experiences with them over the past few years, and both have been excellent. The first time, I needed a new furnace installed in my old house—and they did it quickly and professionally. In the spring of this year, I needed to replace my old furnace and air conditioner in my new house, and they did a great job of installing them quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to other people!

I called Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning to come out and repair my AC unit. I was having a problem with the unit, so I called them up and they were able to come out right away. They showed up on time and fixed the problem for me. The technician was very polite and professional, which I appreciated greatly!

The installers were friendly and efficient, as well as having excellent communication skills. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves every day. They were also very knowledgeable about the products they were selling me and were able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I put in a maintenance request on my furnace and they set up an appointment for me, for the next day. Jack and his team came they did a great job explaining what they were doing and shared a few good tips with me. Very professional, fast and friendly. Late last night, my AC was making so much noise. I called Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning at 9 a.m and had James at my door before 11. My fan was replaced within the hour and he even went the extra mile to clean off the inside of my unit to help with air flow. As always, he was knowledgeable, professional and I was up and running in no time. There are simply not enough stars to rate this company as highly as I would like. If you, or anyone you know, is in need of heating and air help, these pros are most certainly the ones to call!

The team came in and quickly removed the old system. They installed a new heat pump and a new coil assembly. They worked quickly and once finished cleaning the work area. They explained how the system works. Openly recommended.
My appointment with Jack was very detailed and enlightening. He was competent, pleasant and really took time with checking things out and elaborating them to me. Amazing company that stands behind their work. We had them replace a unit on one side of our home last November and just had them come back to replace the other unit and install a more modern air handler. I highly recommend this company.
Max and his colleague installed a new heating/AC system and did an excellent job. There was some maneuvering needed for the outside unit, and they figured out how to make it work and took care around the house edges and yard foliage. They also put some extra coverage on the outside vent to better protect the unit from leaves, branches etc. Answered all my questions with clarity and professionalism. Would recommend them without reservation and thank you for the great customer service from start to finish.
