I reached out to Mack Heating and Cooling and the technician came out quickly after our request and did a thorough review to identify the potential problem with our AC. He described everything he was doing and transparently explained what our options were. We will definitely use Mack Heating and Cooling again for any HVAC issues!
I called for a quote on a mini split install. In the middle of speaking I was told "not interested in the job" and was hung up on. I certainly understand if you do not want to take a job on, but to be hung up on mid sentence, not professional.
Mack Heating and Cooling tech has been servicing my furnace and AC unit for years. He’s an incredible technician so I was very happy when Harry confirmed that he’s with the company. Professional, friendly , knowledgeable and funny describe his character, and every visit I become a little more familiar with how my system works. Nick and Joe have also serviced my equipment over the years, so regardless of who shows up at the door you’re in good hands.
Super happy with these guys! Helped us out when we were struggling to find a geothermal tech. Full coil replacement on a Water Furnace Envision. The techs were well-trained and friendly. Hopefully won't have to call again anytime soon, but when we need AC work done, they will be who we call.

They have some great deals if you need something done right now, but if you want to wait until winter, they'll still be there when you need them!

I had an issue with my furnace, and I called Mack Heating and Cooling to come check it out. They were great! They came out within the hour, and the technician was super knowledgeable. He explained everything that was wrong with my furnace and gave me all of the options for fixing it. They did not have to replace anything, but they did have to install a new thermostat in order to fix my problem. I'm very happy with their service—it was very quick, professional, and affordable!

Probably one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Terrible communication, they never get back to you. I had a technician come out to take a look at the project and never heard back, going on 5 weeks now. I actually have been following up with them a couple of days a week and each time the people on the other line keep telling me that I'll get my estimate by days end or the next day as well as a call from the manager. Not once has this happened yet. The receptionist employees keep lying to you because they don't know how else to handle the situation. The fact that I'm going on 5 weeks for even a simple estimate is very alarming. DO NOT do business with them! Terrible people, terrible company, terrible communication.
Our yearly maintenance was completed this morning by tech Ken. He complete the task thoroughly, cleaning the inside of the outer unit and the air handler. Although Ken was particularly enjoyable to see this morning, all of Mack Heating and Cooling company's technicians are great. Thanks!
This company is the biggest fraud, they come for maintenance and quote you enormous amount like four times any heating company will charge you and when you turn down their services for high price they charge you $99.00 . I think they are in business to charge $ 99.00 dollars for coming and seeing you , and quote very high maintenance charge and just leave and bill you $ 99.00 dollars. They should be reported to a TV show and expose them for fraud.
Mack repaired our air conditioner last week. He patiently explained everything he did and checked so we knew exactly what was going on. He left us with many helpful hints as to how to keep our unit working properly. Couldn't be more pleased!
I spoke with Mack Heating and Cooling last Thursday pertaining to a gas fireplace that wasn't working. I was thinking about removing the unit and using a wood fireplace. They came out that Monday and got the unit restarted. I would use them again.
Mack Heating and Cooling put a new system in my house about six months ago and I'm very happy with it so far. I called with some routine maintenance problems in February when it got really cold and I couldn't believe how fast they had someone at my house. Would definitely hire them again.
I had a wonderful experience. Benny saved me a ton of money by fixing the simple problem of clearing out the drain. Now my unit is cooling off the whole house with no issues. I appreciated that he was very upfront of everything he told me. I would endorse Mack Heating and Cooling to everyone!!
