We used Hot Cold Air to replace our furnace and move water heater. Long story short -- they did not do a good job. As soon as they get your money you can forget about them. They are completely irresponsible, will lie to you, and NEVER show up to previously confirmed appointments. Avoid if you value your time.

I am grateful to Hot Cold air company for their help and professionalism. I have two boys in wheelchairs, as soon as I turned to Mykola, he immediately came to help. Repaired the air conditioner, cleaned the filter and ducts. They didn't even charge us for it. I recommend this guys to everyone.
On Christmas night my furnace stop working . I call this company and they came ! Unfortunately part need to be ordered. They put temporary one , and after 3 days they install original one. Very nice hard working people. Highly recommended!

They showed up on time. Were very polite, professional and respectful of my home. They carefully moved their equipment around making sure to not damage anything and worked around my construction crew. My house was flooded and is currently under reconstruction. The air vents were so so dirty even though I had another company previously "clean" them out. Hot Cold Air guys barely spoke any English but made sure to use their phones to translate and explain their findings and work. I appreciated that so much! They were friendly and very attentive to their work they cleaned out the vents twice pulled out ROCKS the size of my hand!! Tunned my heating system and cleaned up after all their work. Thank you very much I will call again and refer friends! Good quality work is hard to find these days Hot Cold Air delivers just that QUALITY work! Thank you!

The most unreliable business I have ever had to deal with. Your time means absolutely nothing to them. They will schedule multiple appointments with you, and will NEVER show up as agreed. Actually, you will be lucky if they show up at all. They installed our HVAC system. We have been having issues with it almost immediately after the work was done, and have to look for somebody else to take care of the issues since Hot Cold Air, Inc is avoiding contact after they got paid for the job.
Cut off on road by their truck. Once they were in front of me, I saw them weaving through the traffic.

Used theirs service to clean my HVAC ducts system . The team came on time, did the job well, I’m really satisfied. Everything went smoothly and quick. As a bonus they even repaired my doorbell which wasn’t working at all. I will recommend them to my friends!

They unfairly charge at a very high price. The technician changed a capacitor in less than a minute and then AC started to work. The whole process took less than 10 minute and he charged me $400 at first. Then I asked for discount and he reduced it to $300. A capacitor is less than $25 and it just doesn't make sense why they charged me so high. They don't list the charges so that you know how much did it cost for labour and items used. Very disappointed.
