Used Bill’s again. Victor did great job fixing a plugged toilet, slow draining sink and leaking toilet. Prompt, courteous and professional. Would recommend.
I have been using Bill's Heating and Air Conditioning for more than 20 years. They have kept my furnaces in tip top shape and never tell me I need something that I don't need. Jake was here today for the winter maintenance and brought a trainee with him. He was so patient with the trainee teaching him throughout the maintenance being done on my zoned heating furnaces. They really know their stuff! I can't say enough good things about Bill's Heating!
Great company and the guy installing the thermostat was friendly and professional. Just one area of improvement, be sure to educate on use of thermostat and leave brochure to refer to later. We had to call company out a second time to learn how to use thermostat and was charged a service fee.
I was with EF Bassing forever. When they turned over HVAC business to Bill's, I knew they could be trusted and stayed with them.
Andrew was great. He explained everything they did in language I could understand and answered my questions completely to my satisfaction. Bill's has always sent my terrific guys. I'm still with you and recommending you to friends and neighbors.
Change back up battery for sump system
Highly recommend Bill's Heating and A/C. John O. serviced my HVAC that we were having an issue with since we moved in last summer. John is a wonderful dude. Kind, knowledgeable, professional, and answered every ridiculous question I had. Basically, water/condensation was leaking out of the sides. A different tech/company we used in the Fall did not solve the issue. My friend referred me to Bill's and I couldn't be happier with the service and value. John was able to diagnose the issue quickly and went to work on it. The condenser (A)-coil inside the furnace was completely clogged with gunk. How? The previous owners probably didn't use a filter which is totally insane. John meticulously clean the coil in a tight spot. Showed me photos of before and after. I was both disgusted and relieved at what I witnessed. Completely clean coil. No more water leaking! Blower fan is actually pushing more air out into our home. 2nd floor is getting more air. The whole system is working much as it should. Honestly, I am so happy with the service, value, and professionalism from Bill's and John O. I definitely recommend and will be using Bill's in the future.
Kelly, the dispatcher is phenomenal ! So polite and understanding of a client's disress when the AC is not working in 90 degree weather. She was able to get John O. to my house the same evening that I called. John O. is professional, experienced with even my 1983 Bryant AC. He determined quickly that the problem was just a motor that needed to be replaced. He found 4 available in the Chicago area, and is picking one up to install this afternoon! I AM SO LUCKY! AND. BILL"S OS SOO GOOD!

I had my broken sump pump replace and after pricing the unit that was installed I found I was charged about $300 over what the unit would have cost at the store. This was in addition to the installation and visit charge.

My service man was Saul. He was very courteous, cheerful and helpful and stuck with a thorny problem of replacing an aerator in my bathroom sink. The old one was very corroded and difficult to remove but he finally got it out. I have used Bill’s several times and it has always been a positive experience. In addition, my condo building is a regular customer due to their reliability and dependability.
Ken and Jerard were fantastic . They took over from another plumber that had messed up on short notice . Their work is efficient and great. Nothing bad to say at all.
Bathroom faucet was replaced. The scheduler was very pleasant and able to schedule an appointment within a short period of time for a non-emergency. The plumber was on time, understood the problem immediately. I was keep abreast of issues he encountered and ensured everything worked well before he left. I will definitely be using this company again.
the people you hire and the work they do they do is impressive. The prices are fair. I have been searching for a good plumbing company for a long time and tried many but I am sure from now on it’s BILL,S PLUMBING only . That is for air condition and plumbing.
