I am really getting upset with HVAC companies ! I gave this company business during Memorial Day weekend 2020 for a leaking attic spacepak system. All Temp came out and fixed the problem, and the repair lasted for almost a year. The same problem occurred on 5/22/21, and I called again for service, and they could not fit me in, so I had to call another provider. The other provider came, and the problem was only fixed for almost two weeks. This morning, I called All Temp at 4:15 AM, and left a message with the answering service . I was told that All Temp opened at 8:00 AM, and no one called back. I was proactive, and called at 8:15 AM, and was told that the earliest someone could be at my house was between 12 PM - 5PM. I expressed my disagreement with this timeframe, and was told that I was being squeezed in. What kind of customer service is this ? How do you expect to keep repeat customers ? I consider this an emergency, since my ceiling is experiencing damage because of this leakage. There is also a electric fixture near the leakage, and I smelled mold when I turned on my system after several days of cool weather. This can also become a health issue, yet I am being 'squeezed" in. I can not be a loyal customer when I am treated this way ! Not responsive to customers !
I recommend All Temp. We've been using them for a few years, and the Techs are very nice, and they do great work. Recently we had a Tech named Art at the house for an annual cleaning of our art conditioner, and he did a great job, and was so nice! He answered all my questions, and even provided additional information, and recommendations for our furnace down the road.
