Howard Gordon from US Allied was fantastic. Professional, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Educated me on tips to help prevent future blockages. We had water flooding down from the second floor through our ceiling lights on the first floor. All fixed now thanks to Howard. Thank you Howard & US Allied for fitting me into your schedule ! Will recommend you !

We needed a bathroom fan replaced, and Allied totally dropped the ball on actually coming out and replacing the fan. It was over 6 weeks of waiting around and back-and-forth phone calls before the replacement actually occurred, even though they got the part within days of the initial call. This is unacceptable.
We’ve had Aquaduct Plumbing service for a new tankless water heater and to replace a burst pipe. In both cases, their plumbers were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their work was top notch and the final cost ended up less than the estimate because they didn’t charge us to replace something in good working order. I highly recommend this business!

The technician (JP) sent to fix our problem was professional, friendly, explained everything that he was doing, cleaned up, and most importantly, fixed our problem. You need to hire 10 more of him!
This is a solid company. Fair pricing too! Burim came out, gave me an estimate and made the repairs around my schedule. His suggestions completed fixed the problem %100. Hans also came out and helped. They were both very knowledgeable. All the the curve balls that my 100 year old old house and retrofitted circulation system threw at them were handled. Not a lot of people can work on these I mean it! Thank you
The plumbers arrived within 10 minutes of me calling the company. JP and Zach were very professional, were able to find and fix the problem with my shower quickly, and explained everything thoroughly. Great experience with this company!
Large sewer project at my home. Did not know any of the plumbers that arrived at our home. Very respectful group. JP in particular stood out to us. Always being communicative and always greeted you even if he was walking by to go to his truck or coming back in. JP left a great impression with our family. Good job kid. Zach was also another plumber that was very polite and looked to be hustling and wanted to get the job completed. Good job as well.
My technician, Howard, did an amazing job of clearing up a deep blockage in my plumbing that was causing my garbage disposal to clog. Howard also gave me helpful tips to prevent this issue from happening in the future!
David was wonderful! He was able to come out to my house the same day I called for service and quickly replace a leaky pipe under my sink! He was so nice and the repair was super fast. Thank you, David!
From the first phone call to follow up after the work was done this company has exemplary customer service, extremely knowledgeable technicians (and staff) and A++++ service. If I could give more stars I would. I worked with Lilly and Marie on the phone. I did not have to run around in circles, just different times I called. They both knew what they were talking about, SUPER friendly and SUPER easy to work with. I dealt with Howard and Burim. Howard came out to diagnose. He wasn't pushy, knew his stuff and very comfortable to be around with. He showed me how to get by until I was ready to purchase the new water heater. The day of installation Howard was sick so Burim showed up. On-Time, no nonsense, knew his stuff as well, comfortable to be around and very pleasant. Explained everything to me from A - Z. Not like another plumbing company I had come in and install my last water heater. I cannot say enough good about my experience with this company. They have won me over as a come back customer. Not that I want to have any more plumbing problems but it is inevitable. I will DEFINITELY be calling them back. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience.
Your technician arrived quickly with the right equipment to unclog the sewer pipe. He stayed with it until the pipe was clear and did a great job cleaning up.
The person I spoke to (Marie) when I called could not have been more courteous or helpful. I was able to have service almost immediately. Nick and Zac came and addressed the situation, told me what needed to be done and advised me of cost. They both were professional and very cordial. Howard and JP were very helpful and flexible with the difficult position our water heater is in, creating a much safer setup compared to the one that was there when we purchased the house. Would highly recommend them to anyone
Burim and Robert were great. They replaced a Watchdog combination primary and backup sump pump system. Very professional and the job was done very in a very meticulous and clean way. I really like how they wanted everything to done in just the right way. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing needs.
Zac and JP was awesome! They had big shoes to fill because I requested HowRd whom is also awesome. However, Zac and JP was knowledgeable and patient and did an awesome job. They both educated me on what to do and how the rodding works and what it’s a actually doing at the time of rodding. I was so educated about the process. I’m very happy with my the service and the guys and it was quick. Hopefully, I won’t have this problem anytime soon. But if I do I would like Zac and JP or Howard to service me! Good job on training these guys! I will recommend your company to everyone. Thanks!
The serviced received from Allied was the best for a tense situation. I had to replace my washer heater after I coming home and noticed water running in my garage. I made an appointment and the next day received a text stating that the technician was on the way. Howard showed up and replaced the water heater effortlessly. He was on time and in and out within a couple hours. He showed me pictures of the old unit and explained the problem. I would definently refer their services to others.
