Doug and his team were fantastic. I needed an energy report for a new home that I am building and Doug used my blueprints to perform a review and analysis that was required bu the city. Hi professional report was exactly what I needed and Doug and his team are top notch! I will use them again for my future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Amazing was able to fit us into their schedule a day or two after we called. Mike came out for our annual furnace check up and cleaning. He replaced the filter, gave us some helpful advice regarding the use of our fan, and our water softener (he noticed some noises while servicing the furnace.) Thanks for looking out for us and advising us on keeping our HVAC SYSTEM in good shape!
Excellent always don’t try to sell you I have a 30 year old system they never try and sell me. They tell me the basics always have been a great experience dealing with them. I would never go to another company.
Thank you Doug for the great service. Your techs Dave and Luis did a great job. Did everything I asked and I asked for alot. From consultation to instalation in less than a week! Great service and great price. I wish I wouldve found you sooner.
Staff was always friendly when coming out I have not been happy with the service we received over the past year, kept having to recharge the AC (3 times this summer) without looking into if there was a larger issue. Price to check for a leak was $750 which was way too high and felt like I was being taken advantage of. Will be going elsewhere for repairs/maintenance.
Not only was my experience buying a new furnace/AC excellent, I’ve been in their maintenance program for years, which is a great value! But the thing that got me? Doug spent a lot of time trying to help me figure out a problem with my AC unit in my NEW house; a unit that he didn’t even sell to me!!! Who does that? Doug at Amazing Air.
There are not enough words to express my appreciation for the outstanding work that was done by Amazing Air, Inc. I could not be happier with my new furnace, air conditioner & air filter and the quality of the work. Throughout the process, the owner Doug, office manager Lynne and staff were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and personable. I highly recommend Amazing Air, Inc.
Good service. But I am not sure about the prices. It seems to be very steep. Capacitor that cost in the range of $70 -$120, got charged for $499. Dispatch fee of $179. I thought the dispatch fee would get included into the repair or installation if such thing happens. But no. No clear cut about warranty. if the capacitor fails, I would have to pay for dispatch fee in the event I have to call them for the capacitor that they just got it replaced. I may have to call someone else with less fees and prices. The lady who schedule the call did not give me any details just because I did not ask.

Amazing Air Inc. was awesome! Our AC unit stopped working and someone showed up the same day to give us a quote for a new one. It was installed within a week. They were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them!
Technician arrived 30 minutes early. Started time clock when he pulled into the driveway and we were not there. Furnace still had dust in it after he left. Called the office to confirm what a cleaning entailed. Was rudely responded by a gentleman in the office and promptly hung up on stating it's done stati I had used them for several years in a previous home. Never had an issue.. However after this I will not use them again and recommend nobody else uses them.ng I got what I paid for by using a coupon.

Disappointing experience with this company
We have used Amazing for years for servicing our HVAC system. During our inspection before we turned on the furnace, they found two cracks. It needed to be replaced. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to install the new furnace a few days later. The installation was smooth and Mike and Frank were kind and professional.
Charlie's the best. He knows what he's doing and gets it done in a timely manner. Reviews what he's done and makes recommendations as needed.

Charlie arrived on time this morning and was finished within an hour. Since this was the first time looking at these units, he looked things over and noticed something "interesting" about the way it was setup years ago. Ultimately decided it was working, so didn't make any changes. I will be happy to have him back in the house next time.
