My A/C decided to go out on the holiday weekend during a run of 90 degree days. I was thinking my odds were slim based on the situation, and after calling 7-8 companies things looked bleak. But luckily, Mike responded quickly to my message and said he could be at my place in 30 minutes. He was here under that time, and was professional and friendly as he and his apprentice got to work. A/C was fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. He's got my business from here on out for my HVAC needs.
Mike has been our HVAC guy for at least the last 10 years. He's always been very honest and upfront always on time and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him. Came over this morning on memorial Day when I expected to leave a message. I got him and he came right over and fixed our system.
I would recommend Mike at Icon HVAC 500%. We had a heating issue, and Mike fixed it in 3 minutes. He's super knowledgeable, has all the tools and parts in his truck that are needed, and educated us too while here on the furnace. He also worked on our AC to get it ready for the spring as well. Mike is super honest, friendly, and knows his trade! I cannot recommend him enough!
Furnace quit at night. Called at 7:30 a.m. on a cold and snowy Sunday morning. Mike answered first ring. Was out at the house by 9:30 a.m. and furnace was fixed by 10:00 a.m. Was absolutely thrilled with the response and the work. Would HIGHLY recommend.
Mike and Austin Saved the Day: Our ancient furnace needed parts that are no longer available and Mike quickly rewired it to run with a constant pilot...thus allowing us to operate this winter until we replace the system with them next summer. You won't find that kind of service in your typical HVAC services company! Mike is completely trust worthy and provides unparalleled knowledge and value in the market.
Excellent Service, Called on a Sunday, picked up by the 3rd ring. ICON traced the fault & got our AC running. Having them install a new HVAC unit, will update later.
Mike came earlier than the agreed upon time and installed my whole house humidifier at the agreed upon price. We tested and it worked. I would definitely recommend ICON to others looking for HVAC service.

Mike was great. Very easy going and knowledgeable. I initially worked with him in early January 2015 to check out my heater and he was able to come over within 2 hours of my call. He was diagnose and resolve my issue quickly. He was also cheaper than previous contractors for parts. This summer I was having AC issues and again he was able to come right out and determined that my AC unit had suffered damage and set me up with a new AC unit and evaporator coil. The job was well done two days after the initial call (due to a 2 day pressure test he suggested to test for leaks in the system). Our AC is working perfectly now thanks to Mike. he also did a great job of explaining what was going on so I could understand the issues and he left my house in great condition, cleaning up after himself, to where you couldn't tell he was there. I'd highly recommend Mike for the heating and AC needs.
