Anthony (AKA plumber extraordinaire), replaced my garbage disposal. He was professional, skilled, respectful and genuinely friendly. We carried on a conversation while he was working that put me at ease. In my experience it’s rare when all these qualities come together. Very pleased with the entire experience. If you have Home Warranty, stay away from this company. All the five star reviews are fake. They will make a wrong report and your product warranty will be over. I guess they want to get direct business from you and not keep the home warranty in between. Such unethical way of doing business. They came to see my softner and were so nice while talking and explaining, I was impressed. Later they sent a report to home warranty and home warranty said the product is not covered as per the investigation and I have to get it repaired on my own. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will never do business with them again. I should have read the reviews before accepting them from my hime warranty. Every reviewer who had home warranty has gone thru the same pain like me. Looks like they are making their money from insurance company by jeopardizing the product warranty in problem description. Insurance company gets benefitted by not paying the claim.
If you have home warranty, read the reviews before having them on the job. These people will jeopardize the home warranty to get direct business with you. They are the biggest FRAUD in the business. Never trust these guys. If you have home warranty, these guys will jeopardize your home warranty so that they can get direct business from you. I called them thru my home warranty and they messed up the report. Now my appliance is out of warranty and I will have to look for investing out of my pocket. Never going back to these people and will never recommend their services to any one. FRAUDS!!
Andrew identified the problem quickly and replaced the very old faucet with a new one!

Josh did an excellent job getting the water pressure restored in our bathroom sinks. He was also very knowledgeable about the home warranty process and was able to answer my many questions. Very polite. Would recommend this business.
Josh the plumber was very polite, knowledgeable and proficient in his work he also had a good helper who assisted him they were fast effective and efficient with the removal and installation of the water heater
First Andrew came Monday and diagnosed the problem he was very good and explained what we needed and what American Home Shield would cover. Then he sent Terrance and Nick yesterday. They were outstanding. They thought that they would have to come back to finish a small detail but then we’re able to fix that too I was so impressed with their work and professionalism all three of them. I would certainly use the company again. I’ll have to wait to see how the sump pump works but they assured me it would be fine. Also a mention to the lovely secretary that kept me up to date on their arrival time.
I recently used Kwik Ser plumbing twice, 1st repair was a replacement of my Water Heater and my 2nd job was replacing a sewer pipe which went through my foundation! Both of my repairs were supervised and completed by Andrew Smith . His knowledge and professionalism was excellent. He answered all my questions and completed jobs to my satisfaction! So far my experience with Kwik Serv Plumbing is mixed.. I had great service from the technician who came to my house but was shocked by the office when I was told by them that they can not tell me the model and the details of the water heater they will be installing at my own house via my home warranty company and it just does what it is supposed to do! I am going to talk with my home warranty company and keep you posted about next steps and my entire experience with Kwik Serv Plumbing..
Our basement sump pump has been running non-stop for a few days so I called our home insurance company and they assigned the work order to Kwik Serv Plumbing. The technician showed up and after reviewing the problem he confirmed we do have a problem with our sump pump, but because the order stated the problem was with an "ejector pump", they could not do anything. The technician left without solving the issue, so I called the office and they said they could do nothing for me and that it was my responsibility to deal with the "wrong" order placed with the home insurance company. Terrible service. Don't use them.
Andrew showed up and Time did the work and then showed me what it needed. He was professional, and would recommend him.
I really like this company. Straightforward and the tech really knows what he is doing. He fixed the leaks and fixed the backups too. I would highly recommend. My tech was Terrance and he is nice and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Josh was excellent .He diagnosed a problem that have been going on for my Slab leak that no one was able to and fixed the problem with customer in mind . One thing I like about Josh is that he treated my home as if it was his home abd that was the best part with working with him .Great job Josh
