Had an issue with our AC unit and Steve came out right away, within hour of requesting service! He was very knowledgeable, detailed, and professional. He fixed our AC right away and we are extremely happy with his promptness! Will definitely use this company again!
We worked with Steve through our home warranty company. We had an urgent repair and he came quickly, on time, explained what needed to be repaired and had our unit up and running in no time. We will definitely use him again and we highly recommend him.

We had an issue with our A/C unit not working. Called and Steve came out first thing the next day. Showed up on time as discussed, was very professional, and fixed the issue within 45 minutes. He explained what was going on and was very helpful. I would recommend.
Reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Called to schedule an appointment, was given a window and prior appointment got a call with ETA. Technician showed up on time and started work right away to get our AC working. Since, I had Chicagoland Heating and Cooling come out for heating problems and they even helped me set up my thermostat, so I can change temperature from my phone. They always came during the window given and always called when in route to my house. I shared their contact info with few of my neighbors and all of them were thankful for finding an HVAC which didn't rip them off unlike ABC and few other large companies in the area.

Steve came over quickly to assess the situation with my furnace and found the problem. He took care of it quickly by replacing the faulty part and did some general maintenance. Great job and highly recommend.

During the chicago blizzard and holiday weekend Steve (business owner) made time in an emergency situation to come out to the house and resolve the heater issue before it got below freezing in the house. He is very knowledgeable in HVAC systems and cares about his customers. I highly recommend using his services.

I had an emerson thermostat and the "CHANGE BATTERY" was flashing so I changed the batteries and reset the system. After I did all that the heater stopped working and this was at 8pm. Called 2 HVAC service companies before calling Steve. The first one I talked to was garbage and the second one I did not get a call back even though the lady I spoke with said I will get a call in the next 10 minutes. I was frustrated and the house was getting colder. So I gave Steve a call and he walked me through some troubleshooting steps and gave me really good information. So we set up a time for the next morning for him to take a look at the problem. This is why Steve is the best!! He did a follow-up through text 20 minutes after our inital phone call to see if the thermostat is working or still giving me a problem. Long story short he fixed my thermostat and conducted an inspection of my furnace the same night. He just gained a loyal customer!! My house is warm and my wife and kids are happy. If you ever have a problem with your heating call Steve and I promise you, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Steve!!
