George who was assigned to us has been looking after our equipment for at least 3 yrs. now. He is pleasant, efficient and has made my wife and I confident that our heating equipment is in the best working order. We have been with Dunning Heating & Cooling for 2 years now and will remain a steady customer. I highly recommend this company for future reference. Many thanks to all the staff, inside and out.
Terrible service, disorganized, and very poor communication. We paid a lot of money to get a new furnace. No one even showed up for an initial estimate and communicated through texts/asked for pictures. Shame on us for allowing that, but when it’s 10 degrees and your heater isn’t working, you go with it. Given no one came for an initial estimate, we were charged extra when they got here because the job was more complex than they thought. They also didn’t set things up right so we’re contacting Four Seasons as we should have done initially. Spare yourself the headache.
I would mention Dunning Heating & Cooling 100 times over. They did a spectacular job and they can be trusted to give you an honest fair quote. Thanks for doing such a great job and I will be calling them if I have questions or if I need repairs in the future! I could not be happier with the level of service portrayed!
The service call was scheduled very quickly and Mike showed up right on time. Dunning Heating & Cooling company called ahead to let me know his exact ETA. The unit needed some adjustment. Mike had expertise in all installation and repair facets of the HVAC unit. He was professional and extremely competent. I’d recommend Dunning Heating & Cooling to everyone based on Mike’s excellent work.
The technician was outstanding. I had a blower motor in my air handling unit give up the ghost and he was able to replace it under warranty in a short amount of time. He also took the time to explain to me how much longer my warranty on the original system was valid for as well as inform me about what to do if there were any future problems. This is the second time he has been out to my house to work on our HVAC systems and he has been great to work with. Highly recommend Dunning Heating & Cooling.
We had a great experience with Dunning Heating & Cooling. Not only with the person answering the phone, but our technician was on time, polite and friendly. He explained what he was doing, showed me the part that was damaged and offered a simple fix with a recommendation for a replacement part when we were ready in the future. I am super impressed with the results!
I just had an emergency on Sunday and Kim came out and fixed the problem for us! Very quick response time and all of the service people we have had are always very professional and helpful in getting our issues fixed. One thing I’d like to say is you pay for top notch service and quality. I’m happy and satisfied. Thanks again for all your hard work.

Fantastic service indeed! I needed to replace an A/C unit that was over 15 years old and was referred to this company. They had my old unit replaced as quick as I had scheduled. The install team came out very early and did a meticulous job. Great customer service and would recommend to anyone.
