We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Everything was first class with this business from sales to installation. The technicians left everything clean and spent time explaining our new system.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from South Suburban Heating and Air Conditioning. The customer service is excellent. The technician was professional and knowledgeable about the service provided and did a great job. I experienced a problem with my A/C a few days later and I called South Suburban Heating and Air Conditioning to report it. They sent the technician back out to diagnose the problem. The issue was resolved and I was given several recommendations going forward if the issue happens again. I highly recommend South Suburban Heating and Air Conditioning.
Dave was very professional with the presentation of why my, 4 year old cheap mini split ductless system needed replacement. He recommended the Mitsubishi, because they are the leaders in this technology. The install crew was fantastic and I couldn't have been happier with the work done inside and outside my above the garage office space. Very clean work! ***** 5 star all the way !

I called and spoke with Kathy, office manager, and she was beyond accommodating and helpful She got me the first available appt and Justin arrived on time and was professional and knowledgeable. My A/C was leaking water for some reason. I called SSHAC and they were highly responsive. The same day Appt. went from later in the day until just a few hours. Their technician, Justin arrived, put on his shoe protectors and went to my basement. He diagnosed and resolved the issue within 20 minutes. Very professional and he communicated with me every step of the way. WE will be using South Suburban Heating and cooling going forward.

I work with HVAC vendors all across the country and they are hit or miss, usually miss. Was nice to find Suburban for our local Chicago sites. They answer the phone, follow up and know what they are doing.

I needed emergency service to get the heat back on during a cold winter evening. The service technician came out, got the furnace running, diagnosed the problem, and sourced a new part the next day to keep it running.
This is just awesome. Every time I walk into my studio I am reminded of the cozy comfort South Suburban Provided through the blistery cold months. The outside part of the unit is quiet and the inside unit whispers warm heat without bumping up my electric bill like those little space heaters. They replaced a cheap mini split and air conditioner that was a thousand dollar waste of money 💰..anyway installed an awesome heating and air conditioner. In Just a few hours on 2nd level and my studio is cozy warm It was well worth the money 💰 Do not settle for less get the best..South Suburban.Heating in Lansing Illinois Illinois
