Hector, (repair guy) was very professional. He was patient with explaining what was needed and how it was going to be done. He called headquarters to let them explain to me what he had to do and the cost. After the call, Hector continued the job taking his time to make sure it was done properly. So far, so good. I had a gas leak in my kitchen so Nicor had to turn off my main gas line. Ulysses found four other spots that had a leak and fixed everything for us. He did an amazing job very professional and great price and very responsive. 100% would recommend services with A&J and if ever needed will be getting services with them again!
Our water heater broke. A&J quoted us a great price to bring, install a new water heater and take away our old one. Professional, punctual and gave us good information on our new heater. Very easy to work with. Thank you!
Four Seasons Heating and Cooling improperly installed my thermostat. I called Four Seasons to correct the problem but they only had an appointment for the next day. I needed immediate service because it was 9 degrees Fahrenheit outside and soon to be inside the house. I called A&J heating and they were there within a hour. They corrected the installment problem . I would definitely call them first for any of my HVAC needs in the future.
As a Realtor, it is extremely important that the vendors I refer my clients to exhibit the same level of customer service that I provide. I know thats what my clients will receive when I refer them to Ulysses and A&J. Professional, honest, and fair all the way.

Great guys, they fixed my AC.
We have known and used A&J Heating and Air Conditioning since October 2015. Ulysses is very knowledgeable, professional and always receptive to customer’s questions/suggestions. We just discovered a couple of days ago that water form our air conditioner pipe was not flowing out through the pipe, instead trickling down the brick walls and coming into our basement through the glass block window. In barely an hour Ulysses fixed the problem!
Ulysses completely fixed my AC!! I had 6 other companies come out in the last couple of months and he told me everything he was doing and fixed it!!! We're selling the house. The A/C hadn't worked in years. All the refrigerant had leaked out. I didn't think I'd find anybody to repair an old system. I called A & J & spoke to Ulysses. Made an appointment. He came out fixed 3 leaks, installed new charge ports in a more accessible location, charged the system and it's working great again. It was like having a good friend in the business. He's the honest HVAC guy you're looking for.

I am very pleased with A&j heating and AC. Ulysses has been out to my home throughout the years several times. My basement stays wet and you know what that does to a water heater. He has also installed my AC unit, which I’m very happy with. Very trust worthy

Awesome service experience with A&J Heating & Air Conditioning. Our air-conditioner just stopped blowing cold air one day. I emailed A&J that evening, and got a response the same night from Ulysses that he could be out the next morning. He was on time, incredibly professional, assessed the problem quickly and explained it thoroughly, along with a discussion of costs to repair before moving ahead. He did the work the same morning, and my air was running cold again before noon. Great experience. I'd highly recommend him.

A&J arrived on time and were highly professional! He’s an honest working man, very personable, and fast paced. They explained in detail what was going on with my vents and ducts, hence the reason I was sneezing so much! My vents weren’t cleaned. Thankfully they were able to come and check it out that same day! I will definitely be trusting them to do any other services needed in the future! HIGHLY recommend this company A&J heating and air.
