John, the technician, was efficient and professional. He explained what the problem was with our furnace and what the repair cost would be. There was no high pressure. Kelly, the office employee I spoke with was also very professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service. .
During the current heat wave, Lansing Heating & Air Conditioning came out and fixed the issue with the a/c. Todd also showed me a possible future problem and explained what options would be available. Great service and company,

Ben and Corey were very professional. Representing Lansing Heating & Air Conditioning by using their job knowledge, going above and beyond their job description, troubleshooting, installing and double checking to make sure everything was done correctly. Their work ethics showed complete, on time service and representing a business who cares about their clients.
Was able to get a same-day visit (1-3pm window), but they were late and never called. I called the office at 2:40p for a status check and got the answering service. Left a message, and no one returned my call, so I called back and cancelled, not knowing when or IF? they would ever show up since no one called back. Then after I cancel, he shows up about 3:30p? And he uses the excuse that since they "squeezed me into the schedule" I should be grateful??? Totally unacceptable! It's important for businesses to respect my time! Not to mention they charge almost twice as much as other companies - terrible customer service...won't use again...
I’ve been a Lansing Heating and Air Conditioning customer since I moved to Lansing in 1994. There’s a reason for that: quality courteous service that doesn’t require the sale of a body part. They explain what’s going on and give you options as well. Today, the comedy team of Rich and John came out to clean the A/C unit and repair the house fan. Due to the age of the house fan, I was anticipating bad news. These clever fellas got everything in tip top shape AND were hilariously funny as well. You can’t beat that with a stick! Thanks Lansing Heating and Air Conditioning for yet another terrific outcome.
My AC went out last summer on a 95+ degree day, I called that evening when I noticed my vents blowing warm air (after business hours) and left a message. Got a call later in the evening that they would be out the next morning to take a look. They were there around 7:30 am and fixed a capacitor in the outside box, and even did the warranty paperwork with the manufacturer (Carrier) and only charged me for the labor! These guys are the real deal!!!!
The guy driving this company vehicle completely cut me off and was inches away from hitting my vehicle as I was trying to merge into the right lane. Completely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. He even gave me a look as he cut me off and stared me down with a mean look as I was simply trying to merge into the other lane. I hope this company looks into this. If he's the company owner then I'd like for you people to know what kind of guy you're hiring. Stay safe and happy days.
Called at around 9:30 AM. They had someone on site by 10 AM. Issue was resolved by 10:30 AM. Great customer service and decent price for coming out.

Rich was amazing from start to finish. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and even walked me through every aspect of the repair. He offered solid advice on how to maintain my unit and decrease overall costs. He was very knowledgeable and he left me feeling reassured. They have earned a customer for life!
AC was having issues and freezing. Called in the morning and it was fixed before noon. Rich was great!!
REVIEW: 🎼 HVAC problem? Who you gonna call? Call Lansing Heating and AIr Conditioning Company 🎼 After a couple of years of low to no cooling from my relatively new AC unit (5 yrs old), and after calling several companies who provided ineffective service (Four Seasons, King Heating and AC, Hoekstra, etc,). Rich, from Lansing Heating and AC Service came to the Rescue! Rich very efficiently and effectively diagnosed and alleviated the problem. He provided conscientious on time service. My home is cool and comfortable! Make sure that you ask for Rich. Notes from a happy camper 😃.
This team is absolutely amazing! Our 25 yo AC died suddenly, right before a heat wave. Not only were they able to make it out the same day we called (morning after it died), but they did a full assessment, gave us our options and recommendations. Ultimately we purchased a new unit through them, which they were able to get scheduled and installed asap (this happened Friday of Memorial day weekend, so the earliest install was the following Wednesday). Since we had no AC, we were prioritized on the schedule. Their team of 3 came out for the install, were prompt in arrival and took all of 2-2.5 hours to remove our old one and install the new one. They were professional, friendly, prompt/efficient in their work, and cleaned up during/after. Highly, highly recommend for your AC needs. We're already planning/ saving for them to replace our furnace next year as that's got limited time left too. Definitely call Lansing Heating & Air Conditioning!
Our heat went out overnight. We called at 6:45am and our call was returned by 7:15. Our professional service technicians were at our house by 9 and the house was heated before 11. Can’t say enough about good things about the service and professionalism. Thank you Lansing Heating and Air!
We had the pleasure of working with Rich he was definitely a great help and on time. Me and my fiancé have a tight schedule for work and he still managed to accommodate us. Our could house was nice and toasty first thing in the morning and I was able to still make it to work on time.
Rich and Ben were very professional and did an excellent job. the only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t wear their masks and they stated they we’re not vaccinated. When you come to someone’s home whether they’re wearing a mask or whether they say anything to you about wearing a mask it should be Worn. It should be Standard procedure.
