These guys were very efficient when procuring a quick appointment and ordering the replacement part. They were very professional and helpful answering all of my questions as well as determining the problem and installing the new part. I highly recommend their amazing services!!

Called early Saturday night. My daughter was having a sleepover for her birthday when we noticed our heater wasn't working. Thought we might have to cancel the sleepover. Called them came right out. Would highly recommend them.
Hestor Heating & Air Conditioning was on time and very informed on his job. They explained everything and they were doing when they found a problem to make sure that I understood. They should be commended on a job well done a good attitude and good customer service. Highly recommended.

We recently had a problem with our furnace and we called Hestor Heating & Air Conditioning for the repair. I’m very glad we did it. They were very helpful and their work was outstanding.I would definitely recommend them.
Our AC unit went down a few days after moving into our new home. The team at Hestor Heating & Air Conditioning was able to come out and fix it much quicker than anyone else we called. Had a great time working with them and will definitely return if needed. Fingers crossed that doesn’t happen anytime soon!

We had some AC problems & Hestor Heating & Air Conditioning was the only company that responded faster. They sent Mark who arrived in 30 mins of my call and fixed the issues in short order. He did a nice job identifying the problem, fixing it & explaining what happened. We appreciated how quickly & professionally he got the job done.

Everything was smooth from quote through to project completion, Mark was everything I could ask for in a HVAC contractor. He was knowledgeable, competent and very friendly.The work was completed the same day and even gave tips on how to maintain the unit. If there were more stars, I would surely give them.
