The owner, was responsive to my questions and very expeditious when my ac damaged unexpectedly. The new AC was installed on Good Friday which I greatly appreciated. Other companies which gave me estimates said installation would have to wait until "after the holiday". I would not hesitate to recommend Havac guys Lake Forest to family & friends.

We just had Havac guys install a new A/C unit. It was the same outstanding service we got two years ago with a furnace installation. Havac guys is very quick to respond to texts/calls, and gets the job done promptly. Leaves the work area clean. Very honest; no sales pressure at all. Havac guys lake forest were an absolute pleasure to deal with! A fellow neighbor referred us to this company for some help with a new furnace installation. We were so impressed with them quick response as well as his knowledge in recommending the best product options for our needs. His pricing was fair and he went over & above in many small details that made a huge impact overall. The team members that came into our home were pleasant and very respectful with regards to using roll out runners for pathways which they had to walk along within our home and in addition wore shoe protectors when entering into our home from outdoors. They even took the time to clean up by vacuuming the work area where they installed our new furnace. We will certainly be referring our friends & family to Havac guys lake forest in the future! My home heater stop working Saturday afternoon and Technician so it in a 1/2 h. Repair was impossible and he recommended installing new one energy officiate. Next morning, Sunday at 7:30 installers was in my place end change the heater so fast and in noon my home was heated again. Thank you very much! The Technician was so professional! I recommended Havac guys lake forest to solve your problem with heating/cooling of your home.

Havac guys lake forest installed a new furnace and humidifier for us and we are extremely happy with the service we received! Communication was a breeze, everyone was very professional, responsive, punctual, respectful, and clean. The installation team did an amazing job. Also, we never had the feeling that the company was trying to sell us products that we didn't inquire about (which was a great relief after dealing with a couple of "major" companies in the area). We have already used the services of this company in the past, they exchanged old Furnice for us in the old house, we decided to contact them in the new house too, because we really liked their service, the guys arrived early in the morning as promised and worked all day in silence and purity. After finishing work, they explained and showed everything. If in the future I’ll have to repair or install something, I will definitely call them again. Professionals in one word!!!

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the technician who came to diagnose my ac problem. He traced the trouble back to the breaker switch in the breaker panel. Due to state laws I had to replace the breaker or have an electrician perform the replacement. The ac technician offered to come back the next day to insure the ac was operating properly and that no other issues existed to complete the diagnostics without further charge. All is well with my ac. Thanks! Your professionalism and mannerism was refreshing.
