I highly recommend Nolan & Son Heating & Cooling. They installed my heating system and did a great job with it. I know that it is important for your heating system to work properly in order to keep your home warm and comfortable, so I was very happy when I found out that Nolan & Son was able to fix my HAVC system!

They were recommended to me by my friend, who said he's been using them for a few years. I thought, "Why not?" They have a great reputation, so I went with them. They were able to come out the next day and do the work that needed to be done on my AC unit. They did a good job and fixed everything quickly, too! The price was reasonable. The work was done well and they explained what they had done as they were doing it. I would absolutely recommend this company to others!

I have had several issues with my unit over the years, and they always come out to make sure it's working properly before leaving me without heat or air conditioning for any length of time. The technicians are very knowledgeable about what they do, and they don't mind answering questions when you're not sure what's wrong with your unit.

We bought a townhouse and the previous owners installed a cheap toilet to finish a bath remodel that wasn't very complete or professionally done. It constantly rocked no matter how much it was tightened. I'm getting ready to get an estimate for our next project from Nolan & Son Heating & Cooling. Great job!

Poor service. Called yesterday morning about my furnace and the smell of gas. They said they would get someone out to our house today between 2 and 6 (after I entered into a service contract with them) At 545, the technician calls and says he can't make it. He will come tomorrow between 10 and 12. He never showed. I called and they said they would have a manager call me. They never called. Luckily, I was able to cancel the service contract.

Extremely professional, great quality service. Came in and did a non-standard install of my dryer vent through a brickwall, venting out to my porch and it was cheaper than some other contractors. Highly recommended.

Not very professional at all. I called around 2pm asking if I can have someone come out and take a look at the furnace as the heat is not working and the lady who answered collected my Information and stated someone will be calling shortly to confirm and come out today as I told her I’d like someone to come out today. she said that would be no problem and to expect a call. It’s 7:49 no call...so I called the office and no one answers.. I call again and someone answers to tell me “they can find out what’s going on” ... just be honest, if someone is not able to come out just let me know, no problem. I’ll find someone else. Or atleast have the courtesy to call me and let me know that someone is unavailable today but don’t make me believe I am to expect a call and someone will be coming out. I receive no call for someone to come out and now I have to wait until tomorrow. I’ll find another more reliable company.

Nolan & Son Heating & Cooling is absolutely the best choice for any HVAC services needed! I recently switched to them when I needed to have a new heat pump installed because of the outstanding ratings they had received and they did not disappoint! They were very reasonably priced, and more importantly, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, capable and personable. I loved dealing with them at every step of the process. Thank you!!

I hired Nolan & Son Heating & Cooling to service my AC after worries that it was not operating properly. They examined my unit which is 16 years old and it was fine. They didn't try to take advantage of the situation and they didn't charge me for the service. I will definitely be their life customer.

The technician (Bob) showed up on time, explained the problem and what was necessary to get the system working correctly. The unit was charged with freon and now Father is happy so everybody is happy!

Contacted the company to see if they could come and service my central air furnace, and also quote on a AC unit. I was told there would be a $150 call out fee. I don't think so.

Wonderful.reliable,professional and friendly staff,they were willing to answer my questions and I learned a lot from them.I hired Nolan & Son Heating & Cooling company for a maintenance package for fall and spring tuneups.My furnace is now running more efficiently with adjustment and cleaning.They checked the thermostat and the batteries were changed out since they were the original ones, which I hadn't even thought about.I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need.
