Friendly staff and very responsive
I was in a pickle. My condo wall ac unit had failed and heat and humidity was rising. I called many contractors, they weren’t sure they could fix the ac. GSHA came out very cost-effectively, professionally and fixed it!!! They scheduled a Sunday afternoon appointment and came on time. I know my cost was 1/2 of the other estimates. But most important - fixed it. Temps now down from 90+ F to 74F. Ahhhhhhhhh I will always use them going forward. Thank you

I want to thank Peter and the GSHA crew for the magnificent work on replacing my broken furnace during the worst part of the brutal Winter Storm. 5 stars to your company and crew! In less than 24 hours they replaced my old furnace with a top of the line Lennox system. Peter and his crew were on time, they are very knowledgeable, courteous and super clean and efficient on their work. We would absolutely recommend GSHA to anyone in need to replace their furnace. My AC and Furnace blew out due to an electric issue. I am glad and happy that Peter not only took care of my AC and Furnace, but also fixed my electric panel. They ran a ground to avoid this issue from happening again. I see many good reviews for AC and Furnace install but they did an excellent job with my electric panel. They ran a ground so this electric issue that burned the AC and furnace will not happen again. They r an expert in electric work also.
GSHA Services installed a heater and AC unit in my home. It went great and I'm very happy with the result. It was a great price and great service. The installers were very professional and I'm very happy with their service. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you

Great service in great time. From calling them to installation was withing 48 hours. Very Proffesional and even gave their heater to my family while they installed the furnace . I paid about $2350 for a 80kBTU due to no credit while Four Seasons charged me something like 5,700 for an unnecessary 90-130BTU with a warranty no where in comparison to GSHA's 10year

I had no heat. These people told me they would be at my home in 2 hours. Then they called and said they couldn't come. They assured me they would be at my home in the morning. They never showed up never called and refused to return calls left with their answering service. I will be speaking to the BBB tomorrow morning. Don't waste your time with this company!!!
Gave me an excellent estimate over the phone for a new furnace, $300 less than the nearest competitor (I received 45 estimates in all) and with a 10 year parts/labor warranty included! The service was prompt and professional. I am very impressed.
My experience w/ the estimator (Peter #1) was encouraging. 4.5 My experience w/ an office woman was pleasant too. 4.5 When I finally decided to go w/ a particular option I was offered a time slot the next morning (in December...w/ a cold front on the way). 5.0! The installers (Peter #2 and [I've forgotten]) seemed to do a good job, and I liked them...but it was difficult communicating w/ them because I don't speak Polish and their English was fairly limited. 4.5 The furnace has only been in a week but so far, so good :) 5.0 There was a small job of inspecting the Air Conditioning coil which they were nice enough to do and address w/ a bit of calking. 5.0
My heater broke the Monday before Thanksgiving. GSHA was able to fit me into their busy schedule so that I could still host Thanksgiving. All of the employees that I worked with were professional, experienced, and very polite. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Let me also add that their prices were very fair.
I have to say, I had the most amazing experience with company. Their customer service is impeccable and so professional. From beginning to end they were very helpful, straight-forward and honest. They provided me with all insurance and warranty documentation ahead of time, had the best price and made sure I was pleased with my experience. They also came back to fix something at no charge in order to make the unit more quiet in my home. Peter and Maria are so kind and professional and my installer was fantastic. Thank you so much for providing such great service, I would recommend you to anyone!
Honest and Excellent Service. Peter really stands behind his 100% satisfaction guarantee. Originally we chose a cheaper furnace but ended up not liking it because the burners were a bit loud. Peter came out right away and reviewed options with us, and let us upgrade to a better model no questions asked. His install team was excellent as well -- really friendly and knowledgeable and very thorough and meticulous about the installation. We are very happy and the furnaces are whisper quiet.
I was pleased with the service and products GSHA provided. Price was also very reasonable and competitive. Everybody is polite and treat me and my property with respect. Peter took his time to explain each products I was interested when he came for appraisal. Martin also explained to me in detail right before installation, about what they're about to do. The only issue I have was that I also ordered the duct cleaning service and they did it on the same day as the installation of the furnace and AC. They cleaned all the ducts on the second floor but the first vent they cleaned on the first floor was connected with a flex duct and they automatically assumed the entire first floor are with flex and did not clean any first floor's ducts. Actually that is the only one. The rest of the vents are all connected with aluminum ducts. It was done by the same crew who did the installation so I understand they were probably exhausted after 9 hours of work. But they still should have checked the ducts before they start cleaning them. That's the reason I took off one star but overall, I'm satisfied with GSHA Services and would recommended them to my friends and family.
