The furnace stopped working at a rental during a cold spell. Bruno Air Conditioning had a new one in 2 days and made the renters comfortable with temporary space heaters while they waited. Reasonably priced and great personal customer service. I will recommend to anyone who asks for a referral from now on.

They sent someone out to my house at 2:00 AM. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and did a great job fixing my problem! He even gave me an estimate for future repairs, which I'm going to take him up on this time next year when it comes time for the annual checkup. The technicians from Bruno Air Conditioning And Heating replaced our home's HVAC system. My close friend, who never directs me wrong in judging, recommended the company and Brian to me. He was right yet again! Brian came to our house and discussed our alternatives with us, as well as offering his professional advice on what we should do. We followed his suggestion and purchased a brand new Lennox air conditioning and heating system. We had a wonderful experience with his entire staff, who were all friendly, courteous, professional, and on time. I organized a day for someone to come out and quote and they came out and gave us a very competitive quote, which was backed with a good warranty. Good work!!
My furnace broke down on a Friday evening and I called them after hours. I received a call back from Ben within 10 minutes. He explained the costs of weekend vs regular time and we opted to wait until Monday for service. I got a call at 8 AM on Monday, and the technician showed up in 30 minutes as promised. He diagnosed the problem well.

I needed a new furnace and air conditioner, I called Bruno Air Conditioning And Heating on Friday and put together a very reasonable quote and all the work was completed on Saturday, the next day. The techs showed up on time, rolled out a mat from my door to the furnace room, they were friendly and very clean, Sam noticed some rust in my ducts and replaced them. After they finished they swept everything up, at the end of install Sam and I sat down and discussed warranties and operation and maintenance of all the equipment. I would highly recommend
Greg called me back as soon as I requested a quote via email. He arrived on time examined the old A/C unit and temporarily repaired it. Honest, straightforward and true to his word he came 2 days later and installed a new unit for the exact cost quoted. Left the area clean and neat, basement also clean and neat. Very reasonable, high quality servicing and repair, even warrantied the work for a year. Would use again for any HVAC repairs in the future!
