My husband and I just bought a new house and our AC unit wasn't working upon moving in. Sal came out the next day and went above and beyond to help us out! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and even reached out that evening and again the next day to make sure our system was still working properly. Our house is all electric, which is very unique. Sal spent time explaining our new system to us. We will continue working with Sal in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for assistance!
Sal s great he installed 2 central heating units 14 years ago and when one went out in January he over the phone gave me instructions to get heat back up for my family. That’s what I call customer service.

Sal was a life saver this Memorial Day weekend! Was having some issues with thermostat and A/C kicking on and it was about to be an extremely uncomfortable day. Called Pinnacle for the first time and will never call anywhere else for my heating and cooling needs. Sal talked me through everything I could do to troubleshoot the problem. We had A/C!!! Could not have been happier with Sal’s honesty and willingness to help on such a busy weekend. He even followed up with me later in the day to make sure everything went smoothly. Amazing!

I am extremely happy with the service that I received from Sal and Pinnacle HVAC. I originally requested a quote from Four Seasons to replace my old ancient furnace and was taken back by how high the price was but found the quote from Sal to be much more reasonable. I also appreciated the fact that he offered multiple options at different price points for furnaces with different features. On the initial consultation, Sal took over an hour to walk through every little detail regarding the options I should be looking at. I was also extremely impressed with the prompt communication which is a big sticking point with me. I received regular communication updating me when to expect the installation of my furnace and everything timing wise worked out just as expected. After the furnace was installed, Sal took almost two hours walking me through the operations of the new system and how to set up the thermostat and various programs. Overall, I am very pleased with the product and services received and will definitely use Pinnacle HVAC again for any future needs.
Sal did a great job getting our Air conditioner back up and running! Very honest, and reliable.
So the wife had me call 4 Seasons to check the furnace. We it was time to replace it. Thier quote was insane. Picked up the phone and found Sal. Came over same day and did the job for more than half the price.
Sal at Pinnacle HVAC is a true consummate professional! I am employed as an Engineer and have a background in Mechanical Systems, and Sal completely blew me away (HVAC pun) with his immense knowledge! I received an immediate call back from Sal and had my appointment set for the very next day. Sal walked me through features of our Furnace that I never new even existed. AND he was able to correctly configure our humidifier. By the time he is done, we will have a 100% perfect Furnace and AC, and we will have a new thermostat installed which can better regulate the Hi- and Lo- settings to decrease heating times. Simply give Sal a quick call, and see if in the first 2 minutes if you aren't amazed with his knowledge and professionalism! 12 out of 5 stars!

Pinnacle replaced our furnace and it was a quick & easy process at competitive rates. We had a little issue after everything was all done, and Sal came out immediately to make sure it was taken care of. Sal is really easy to work with and he'll definitely be the first person we call with our HVAC questions/problems.
Pinnacle came out twice now. Sal has fixed my AC and the heating. You can tell that he knows the trade, he goes so far as to educate you regarding the parts and possible fixes. He is professional, honest and willing to work with your schedule. I won't ever use anyone else.

These guys checked out my furnace which was not working properly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was very professional. He also gave me all the options I had. I decided to repair instead of replacing my old furnace. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Had a seasonal furnace check done. Wasn't sure where to turn, saw the reviews, and figured I'd call. Sal was awesome: very thorough and took time to explain everything. He did the service check, replaced a faulty humidifier stat, and wired our furnace correctly so that it would run on 2 stages. Best of all, I thought he was very reasonable. I'm already recommending him to family.
