We originally used B & B 15 years ago to install a furnace and a/c. When it finally went out, we went right back to them. They have always been responsive and professional. They honor their warranty without question. We are very pleased with our new systems and highly recommend them!
They sell high quality equipment and their workmanship is outstanding. They made suggestions to make my house more comfortable, and they achieved that goal. Everything is working great. When the job was finished, they picked up after themselves. Could not tell tradesmen had been in the house.
Bob and John just finished installing our new 96% efficient Trane furnace and Nest thermostat! They came early this morning, efficiently installed everything, tested it and showed me all the details of the system and it was seamless! They are very neat and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!
Recently used B&B to complete a Mitsubishi mini-split installation. They were very pleasant/easy to work with and clearly knew what they were doing. I am very satisfied with the job they did.
B&B Heating & Cooling were great for my air conditioner install. They were a couple thousand dollars cheaper than a national competing company. They were professional and very responsive. I am extremely happy they were able to quote me and do a full install in such a short time. I will definitely keep on using them for my future needs.
They replaced our pressure tank on our water well at my home. I've worked with them in the past as well professionally for over 10 years. Compared to other contractors they have always come in with alternative repair suggestions when other contractors did not want to do the work. Their staff is professional and they go above and beyond what normal contractor work has done in the past for me. I would recommend their services to anyone.
"I already spoke to someone on the phone regarding this, but would like to leave a review as well. I had service on November 12th, 2019 for my furnace. My bicycle was unfortunately in the tech's way to enter furnace. Instead of asking for help (there was someone inside the house), he RIPPED the bike AND hooks holding it off the garage ceiling ultimately damaging the bike. I've had to replace the seat. This is absolutely unacceptable, lazy, and was never informed the bike was in the way. I will never use this service again."
They came out in under 24 hours on a super hot weekend. They sent David out who was a pro and repaired our 20 year old Air Conditioner. Appreciate when a company performs perfect. Thanks
On the Memorial weekend (Saturday) our a/c went out. It was evening so we called our Sears Home Warranty early next day. Getting a svc job number we were given B&B Heating and Cooling. We were so lucky as Terry and Rita worked out asap appointment. David Gray came out and found the problem quickly which he was able to fix on the spot. It was now running. He was courteously profes-sional providing what steps that he was doing and providing us with hints on how to keep the unit going. We hace a Rheem Classic X installed in 1995. He was friendly and had a good sense a humor, given the 90's plus degrees weather we were experiencing. Thank you all who made this possible as we are cooled family.
