Chris was on time and very professional. He came inside my home and immediately took his shoes off and began to assess the situation with my AC. He was able to pinpoint the problem and my air was up and running at a very minimal cost compared to three other quotes I obtained just for coming out. i would highly recommend his business to anyone.

Chris & another gentleman came out today on schedule to clean out my boiler because it kept shutting off, tripping the rollout switch. After that they cleaned both my furnaces as well. They were professional, efficient and their prices are very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my family and friends.
Chris was quick to respond, did the job in a timely manner, his suggestion on running an additional duct in our laundry room completely cured our coldest room in our house. Very happy with our new system. Would highly recommend,
Furnace went out at night when it was 20 degrees. Chris came over at 1AM to diagnose the problem. Picked up parts at 7AM and had everything fixed up by 8AM. Highly recommended.
We had a great experience working with Chris. He is very knowledgeable and was able to solve our dryer's broken vent issue quickly. We are very happy to have found them because our issue was so specific that we didn't know who to call. We will reach out to Chris again for future HVAC needs.
I had no heat on Christmas Eve day. I called Chris that morning and he was here within the hour. He fixed the problem and installed a new thermostat quickly and the heat was back on. I also had him install a hot water tank the following week. He is very efficient and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend his company for any heating and cooling issues you have. I will definitely be calling him again!
We were so fortunate to have Chris come out less than 10 minutes of a phone call, especially in the cold late night. Chris answered all my questions, explained things to me, gave me advice and taught me what to do in case problem happened again. He made sure twice that things were working properly before he left. He was very respectful, professional, friendly, and just a great, helpful guy. I’m glad to have met him and now have a go-to maintenance guy when needed. It was such a relief to have our heat fixed in the middle of a cold winter night knowing my 1 year old baby would sleep soundly in the warmth. Thank you so much for your service Chris! :)
It's Christmas. My parent's furnace went out over the night. After calling 10 places...called Custom and got Chris who didn't even hesitate. Said no problem and he will come out. I cannot say how grateful I am. My Mother was freaking out. Such a nice guy and so patient with my chatty Dad. Just for this alone...I'll be calling again for all our HVAC needs.
Would definitely recommend this company. Our heat went out late at night and Chris was quick to respond to come help and fix the problem same night. He was very knowledgeable and professional about the job. We will be using them for all future HVAC services on our home.
Chris was recommended by a friend and I could not be happier with his service. Our heat was not working properly and some rooms were warmer than others. Past HVAC companies attributed it as normal with radiators. Chris and his colleague Brian took the time to go through our boiler system and figure out the actual issue which turned out to be a clog. I would highly recommend Chris and Brian to anyone looking for a new HVAC company for annual maintenance and repairs.
I have an old wall heater in the basement that hasn’t worked since I bought my house. Finally decided to get it fixed. I had used Chris a couple of years ago on another minor project and texted him. He responded right away, sent someone out to give me a quote and the project was just finished up yesterday. The two guys who came over yesterday to do the install were on time, professional, and quick. Pricing was upfront with no hidden fees. Very happy and will definitely use again in the future!

We hadn't worked with Chris but called him because the prior owners of our house had his sticker on their furnace. Chris was very responsive, and came to detach and reattach the AC unit during a patio project. He adjusted some settings and mechanisms not previously addressed and gave us helpful advice about the full AC system. We'll be bringing Chris and the team back regularly for AC and Furnace maintenance and repairs. Thanks!
I would highly recommend using Custom Seasons Heating & Cooling. The very night my husband and I brought our newborn home from the hospital our air conditioner stopped working. In the middle of July, the temperature in our house was 81 degrees and climbing. At 9:30PM, I called Chris from Custom Seasons Heating & Cooling and explained our circumstances (having just brought home our newborn). Without hesitation, Chris was on his way to our home. Chris was extremely professional and very kind to an emotional new mother. He quickly resolved our issues with our A/C Unit and assured us future services to maintain our HVAC system.
