The services provided by Bolts Heating and Cooling company were extremely impressive. The technician arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning unit and provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. The technician completed the repair promptly and my AC unit is now working perfectly. This company comes highly recommended for anyone in need of HVAC services.
The technician was very professional, and courteous and represented his company well. He informed me of his evaluation of what my furnace may need now or in the future. He did not try to upsell me into something that I did not need. He also answered any questions that I may have so that I could be more informed.
Technician was wonderful, spoke in terms that I was able to understand and not industry jargon. Overall as perfect a interaction as it gets and I have already passed on his information and the companies to a friend needing service. While I'm thankful no issues were detected if I ever needed a repair I will call and feel confident honesty would be given.
Had an issue with old AC and Bolts Heating and Cooling were able to swiftly identify and fix on the same day. So happy to not have to suffer through a long weekend of hot weather without AC! Thank you for your phenomenal service. This is the only company I call whenever I need my furnace or AC serviced. Hands down!
Jeff arrived on time he was very friendly and very informative. He got the work done quickly and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He did a great job and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the part won’t be defective again. Great experience. Extremely professional, detailed and organized with great communication throughput.
John answered the service late into the evening and provided excellent service. He quickly diagnosed the furnace problem to a bad contact of a wire inside the unit. Didn't make me replace any unnecessary parts and overcharged me. This is a business with integrity, which is quite rare in this type of industry.
These guys were very helpful! I needed a new AC unit and I reached out to get a couple different quotes. These guys were able to give me an affordable deal and had no conflicts scheduling. When John and his team came our to replace my unit they remained dedicated to finishing the job even though the circumstances were not favorable. If you are looking for a honest company to do business with, I would recommend Bolts Heating and Cooling company!!
Once again, excellent service from Bolts Heating and Cooling! Our technician was prompt, polite and professional. He quickly identified the problem and took care of it, but he also explained it so I could understand it and avoid a similar problem in the future. And because we have a contract with this company there was no charge for today's service!
I had a mini-split installed and Bolts Heating and Cooling did a great job. I got several estimates and they were competitive with their price. Maybe more importantly, Daniel Hernandez answered all questions with honesty. Told me what l needed and what l didn’t need; unlike a competitor who wanted to sell things l didn’t need. They were timely with their appointments and left the worksite clean. They answered questions even as they did their work. I highly recommend Bolts Heating and Cooling and I’m very confident l made the right choice.
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Bolts Heating and Cooling. I put off getting a new heater and air system for many months. The owner was wonderful about answering any and all questions. he sent his amazing crew to do the installation work and they were the best. They were very friendly, prompt and very considerate while I was working from home. I love my new system and I would highly recommend Bolts Heating and Cooling.
Mr. John just performed our air conditioning tune up and did a awesome job. He is professional, courteous and respectful to our home. He explains the work done and if I have any questions he can answer them to my satisfaction. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent. John spent great time explaining in detail all of my options as to what would be the best furnace and air conditioner for my home size. The technicians did a great job and everything was left neat and tidy. I am very happy with my new equipment.
Words cannot totally express how much I love Bolts Heating and Cooling. We have been with them for two years. Before them we had two other companies service our equipment. Bolts Heating and Cooling has been dirt honest, fast, and service with a wonderful smile since we became their clients. I highly recommend them for heating/air and water heater.
No showed twice! Tech called and told me he would be at my house at 8am. No show. I called company, only have dispatch people, they rescheduled between 10am-noon. No show. I asked for owner to call me - never called. I guess my time is not that important. Don't use.
Sean was a very professional representative of Bolts Heating and Cooling. He had great suggestions and performed his service inspection in a timely manner. We would be glad to have him return for future inspections and would strongly recommend them.
These are all remarkably nice guys and they were swift as well. They walked us through the operation of the installation and made sure we understood what was taking place the whole time. Both technicians were beyond friendly and went out of there way to make sure all things were done right. They both were very knowledgeable of all things needing to be done. They made sure my husband and I were understanding of what they were doing. I highly recommend.
