Bishop has served us knowledgeably for years and been responsive to any emergency we have had. Their techs are all courteous, considerate of our home and explain what we need and all the options. We would not consider any other company for our HVAC needs.
Staff is excellent; on time; and thorough
We've been using Bishop heating for the past 20 years and couldn't be happier with the quality and level of service. Response to problems is very fast. We had a furnace failure this past winter (after 23 years) and they had it replaced almost immediately.
After 42 years my furnace finally gave out. The company we have been using for about 30 years finally retired and I was lost. They did tell me about Bishop Heating which they had a lot of trust in. Called them they came out right away and I now have a new furnace which is a lot smaller then that big old one I had. Their price was great their men were very very good, clean, quite and left the place like new. I could not ask for anything better and a gentleman came out a couple days later and checked all the work that had been done. Also the minute they came in the door covers were put down from the back door to the basement door. Can't ask for anything better. Thank you Bishop.
Over the years Bishop Heating etc has been reliable and has provided consistently excellent service for our home. Bishop is good people with a lot of character.

Bishop is great. Prompt, clean. Furnace and A/C work great and they have the patience to find any problem I may have. VERY knowledgeable about HVAC energy efficiency, not just with new equipment options, but also for lower cost options that can reduce homeowner costs day to day.

I want to let everyone know that during this past winter, right before the polar vortex, we suffered a heating issue that required a new part to be retrieved from the manufacturers warehouse. Bill called the manufacturer and they went out and got the part on a Sunday and installed it, restoring us to warmth hours before the polar vortex hit. We have been using bishop heating for over 10 years and they have always done exceptional work. The are prompt, clean and bill fairly. We wouldn't use anyone else.
Great Service. I have been using Bill and his crew for many years now and I am always very happy with their service. They are always on time, Their staff of technicians are always friendly and take good care of my boiler and a/c units. My wife called me on a Saturday morning and the heat wasn't working, I was at work and couldn't leave. 1 call to Bill and he had a service tech out in half an hour, it was just a bad thermostat and they had it fixed in 40 minutes, can't ask for better service then that! Thank's guys for keeping my family warm!!
I am really thankful to the services given by Bishop Heating for the perfect furnace repair. I have been facing this issue for a long time, as the local repair person has never done a permanent solution to it which ended up as a temporary mending every time. The job done by technicians of this firm was the best and seems permanent as it has retained for a considerable time.
