Jolly Heating & Cooling Co. is probably the best service experience I've had out of any HVAC company I've dealt with. The office staff and Techs are very friendly and helpful, and have done a great job building my trust over the last few service events. The Tech I had onsite most recently was Steve Berry. He did a great job inspection everything and giving me info about how my system was running. Really appreciate his attitude, knowledge, and friendliness. I would recommend Jolly Heating & Cooling

I contacted this business because I was having trouble with my HVAC system. The expert was able to arrive swiftly, gave me a price quote, and returned the following day to correct the issue. They worked on the unit itself and were able to fix my filter as well. I was very happy with how professional they were throughout the entire process!

I had been searching for a repair service for my heating and air conditioning for a long time, but I was not able to find one that was reliable. I am so glad that I found this company. They did an amazing job on my system, and it is working perfectly now. Now, I can sleep peacefully at night without worrying about the temperature of the house.
Used this company twice and both times they were great. They are very friendly and polite. They do a good job for the cost. I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and air conditioning services or repair services.
The next time I had them come out was for air conditioning maintenance, which turned out to be more complicated than originally thought due to a leaky valve. However, once again their team did an excellent job repairing everything so that we didn't have any further problems with our AC unit for months after
We had them install our furnace prior to us purchasing the house, so we knew we wanted them to maintain it. A couple of years ago, they installed a central AC for us, and they were always professional and courteous. Today they put in a whole house air filtration system, and they answered all of our queries. The whole experience was effortless. They're amazing!
Seems that thet just charge a service fee and find an actual HVAC contractor for you, who charges another fee. Their contractor wanted $500 for what he said would take 20 mins to do. Absolutely ridiculous, just trying to take advantage of someone when it's cold and you need heat. A lawyer's rate is less than that. Never calling this place again.
From the beginning Jolly Heating & Cooling Co. team explained every detail of what would happen during the process. When Michael and Joe arrived, they quickly got to work. The entire heat and AC system was installed properly and promptly. I'm very happy with all that was done. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Kudos to all involved.
Just had a new heater installed by Simmons. Tony and team were the techs doing the install and were great.. They were working in a very small space in my attic. They kept me informed on the install and how much more time was needed till completion. I highly recommend Jolly Heating & Cooling for all you heating and cooling needs.
Excellent service! Tony was polite, knowledgeable,worked efficiently and well, and explained very thoroughly the work he was doing and why. I will absolutely continue to call upon Jolly Heating & Cooling Co for all of my heating/air conditioning needs in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough. He was top notch!
Our AC stopped working due to a big leak. We have originally called a different AC company who gave us wrong diagnosis. Thankfully we call Jolly Heating & Cooling Co. and the same day technician came to our house and identified the issue. He gave us different options and we decided to put a new AC unit. I thought it will take them time to order it but they quickly brought the new AC unit and installed within 3 hours. The technician did a great job and was super friendly. I will say this company is definitely customer service oriented. They notify you via message on their status and even show profile of the technician that they are sending. I would recommend them to anyone who want correct diagnosis, service and price!
We initially had Jolly install a new AC system in July 2020. They came right out and installed with minimal issues. They did remove our working whole house humidifier in order to install the New AC unit. We were told to call back in the Fall to get a new humidifier installed for a good price. It took up to a month of online inquiries and phone calls to finally get set up with an appointment for them to come back out in the Fall. Once they came out they were trying to charge us full price for the unit that they threw out on us they stated that the parts didn’t work with the humidifier and they couldn’t replace it. They said a separate plumbing company would have to come out to fix their mistake. They said they would work with us after the technician swore at me and stormed out of my house. I also had to kindly ask the tech multiple times to wear his mask or have it on properly since I had kids with breathing issues and we are in a pandemic. The manager contacted me later in the day to work with me on pricing and assured me that someone will get back to me with an estimate to fix their mistake. Multiple weeks of texts, emails and calls resulted in no contact. I even had NBC5 Chicago Investigates try to reach out to them multiple times to no avail. Please don’t ever use Jolly as they don’t do quality work, they are not professional and are very unresponsive. I will now go to actual professionals to fix humidifier because we should’ve went with them in the first place. Again, please don’t use this terrible and unprofessional excuse for a company. I couldn’t give no stars but if I could I would!
Excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable of his job which helped us as a customer make important decision in replacing our furnace. The install team was very thorough and explaining of the new furnace! High recommend this company.
Called here for my AC repair and Alex was here in half hour and less than a hour later the a/c was up and running. Very nice guy works fast and talks fast. Did not try and over sell. I would do business with him in the future. I am so thankful that my a/c is working again.
On the first cold day this year, I discovered that my heater wasn't working. A Jolly Heating & Cooling technician was at my house within 20 minutes and had my heater up and running shortly. The owner even stopped by to make sure that I had received the best service! I'll be sure to call Jolly Heating & Cooling for any future heating and cooling needs!
Jolly Heating & Cooling Co. showed up and replaced our central air unit in a single day. They also installed a new compressor that is very quiet. We are very impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them.
