Expensive. They dont work weekends. I had my heat go out and am paying for their monthly service only to be told they won’t get anyone until Monday. Ended up paying twice to get my final result. New company for a temporary fix and them bc I was under parts warranty. $1100 for a new company or $615 for this company. They also use independent contractors so you never know what you will get. Independent contractors are typical for this type of work.
We have depended on Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning's maintenance program in our household for many years, and we've always received excellent assistance. The technicians, who are trustworthy and incredibly polite, visit twice a year to maintain the furnace and air conditioner. This most recent occasion, Don H was excellent. He repaired our AC in a timely manner and the price was very affordable!!
We used Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning to replace our furnace unit one year ago so when our AC quit blowing cold air a couple of weeks ago, we called them out again. Their rates are competitive and the services are excellent. Highly recommended!
Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning replaced my furnace and added central air to my new system. They were very professional throughout the process. They worked fast and left everything clean. Their charges were very reasonable. They went beyond my expectations and I was satisfied with their work. Will definitely recommend them.

Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning is the first HVAC company we hired and all I can say is they are very responsive, professional, and most importantly, get job done! Right now I have a heat pump, a water heater and a whole-house AC unit all installed and maintained by Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning, and I'm very happy with them.

Fred came for a free quote, and explained to me how he will be doing a job in very detailed manner. And, on the day of the job, he came with his crew on time, and did all the work professionally. He was a great communicator. The new furnace works great, very quiet, too. I highly recommend to anyone in need.
Fred is a reliable technician. He was able to explain to me the problem with my tankless water heater. He was able to fix the issue.I was impressed with the entire process. I will definitely recommend.
Fred did a great job of diagnosing and fixing our system. He finished the job for 33% less than the company whose stickers used to be on our AC equipment. I can't recommend them enough!!

Great company and people to work with from start to finish. Fred and his crew installed our new furnace quickly, quietly and very neatly. He was done on time and spent some time walking me through every new feature. And to the service people they all really do care. Every experience is with fast, friendly professional service.
Bob was very knowledgeable and professional during the visit to our house. He listened carefully to my complaint and then proceeded to check the furnace and blower while explaining what he was doing and how it would fix the problem. He was able to fix the problem completely in 30minutes! Job well done!
This company provided us with a timely, reasonable quote when our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a heat wave early last week. Bob and his crew came to our home for the installation - they were very efficient and professional. Very happy with this service and the cool air in our home! Highly recommended!!
Bob showed extreme professionalism that Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning has. He helped us choose the best AC that would best fit the needs for our home and lucky enough the unit was in their store. The unit was brought one day later after we placed an order and the installation team led by Bob came and installed it for us. They offered us such a great service and their price was also very reasonable.

Each and every time they have been dependable and professional leaving me with no doubt that they not only know what they are doing technically but also value and care about their customers. I had planned to replace my furnace immediately the beginning of this year. I called 4 companies but decided to go with Duffy's Heating & Air Conditioning because Bob was most responsive to all my questions and his quote was very competitive.
