We previously had used John to install our AC when we lived in West Chicago, IL. We now live in Arizona and had contacted John again at VP Mechanical and asked his advice as to what would be the best system for replacing our AC. He suggested Lennox heat pumps, Lennox air handlers with electric heat strips. We ordered the equipment from VP Mechanical and had the heat pumps (2) and air handlers (2) installed by our installer in Arizona. We are extremely pleased with the efficiency of the variable heat pumps and air handlers. For the period of April 2018 through August 2018 our electric bill has decreased by 44%. VP Mechanical was very professional in handling our out-of-state request. Service and response times were exceptional and highly recommend this company.
