Jay is amazing! We’ve called Jay several times and he has always been quick to respond and shows up when expected. He’s very knowledgeable and does outstanding service. He has even walked us through checking areas and fixing our problem ourselves via FaceTime in a pinch. I highly recommend Jay with Even Flow! Thanks Jay!

I called Jay to help with a sewer scope and he was extremely responsive and was able to accomodate our tight schedule. Ben was the one that came to examine the property and he was so incredibly knowledgable. He educated me on every step of the process. I highly recommend using Even Flow for your plumbing needs!!
Jay was phenomenal! All around five stars +. He detected the problem with my AC right away and had the tools available to fix it on the spot (keep in mind I tried a different service and they couldn’t fix it). Jay was super knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Great quality at competitive prices. Overall outstanding service. He is a guy to call that’s for sure! Thanks Jay!

I can't say enough good things about Evenflow. I called Jay late at night because I needed my hose bibbs changed out. I knew I was in good hands when he told me Ben would be there the next morning to take care my issue. Ben called when he was on his way, explained what needed to be done, walked me through his work and made sure I understood what needed to be done and why. I can't say enough good things about Ben and the fantastic customer service he provides. Ben always provides amazing service and I am so happy I have a company I can trust!
Evenflo was so accommodating. Our was out on a hot day and they made sure to get someone out that night so that we didnt have to wait. Judy in the office was so sweet and helpful! Jay the owner was so professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend yhis company. Every time we have called them foe the past 6 years, it has been phenomenal service! Highly recommend!
A different plumbing group informed me that my sewer main had a break in it. I called Even Flow looking for a second opinion and quote for the work. After Ben had finished scoping the line, and showed me the sewer main, he determined that there was no break, saving me thousands!

I called Even Flow late last week to come out for a plumbing issue as we were noticing water on the kitchen ceiling, most likely coming from the kids bathroom above. Ben was our technician and he was great. He arrived on time, was personable, funny, and helpful. He explained what he thought the issue was, why he was going to do what he did, and how we could potentially fix an issue in the future. Ben found and fixed the problem without unnecessary work and cost. Would definitely recommend this company again. Thanks all, and especially Ben.
Had new ejector pump installed by Ben. He examined and explained the issue thoroughly, keeping me informed along the way. Workmanship is very good. Ben is not only professional, but very personable and friendly. Highly recommend!
Ben was wonderful. The office responded immediately and had Ben out to my elderly parents house within an hour to help unclog their toilet. (dad flushed small scissors by accident). He not only fixed the problem, he took some extra time to just chat a bit with my folks who don't interact much with other people. I would highly recommend Even Flow and Ben! Thank you.
This company is incredible - personable, professional, they are truly emergency room surgeons to houses - who take pride in their work and get the job done - my second house I Wheaton had a sewer back up - they jimmied their schedule to get someone out that day as I was flying out in afternoon - it truly would have been a disaster with sewage in house & basement into showers/baths if they did not care to get in that day - diagnosed problem and cleared out 3+feet of blocked sewage in outdoor pipe - I felt like they were front lines WWI soldiers the way the worked through hard yucky stuff to correct what truly was an emergency. And today - they fixed a leaking sump pump pipe again another rescue that could have left a lot of water leakage damage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys -they are honest experienced experts in what they do and they work with the utmost integrity and professionalism. I'm super grateful. they are my heroes.
These guys are the best! I have specifically used Jay multiple times on our home, but tonight was just the best. Christmas evening...10:30 p.m. I feel the first floor getting cooler, and notice that our smart thermostat says something is wrong. I call him (couldn't recall if it was the office #) and not only does he answer, but walks me through for 90 minutes via Facetime! On Christmas! Who does that? He also made sure we were doing the right steps, and gave us different options. Patience beyond belief, as I am not the most handy person. I would give them 6 stars if I could, and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Jay!
INCREDIBLE! ABOVE AND BEYOND... STOP DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER... do not call anyone else! Call EvenFlow MS NOW! Xmas Eve 2022, 2-3am, furnace goes out! -9* out, house is at 40* and dropping! Made 30 calls to 24 hour services/Emergency Services, All but one answered! That one call and they were on the spot. Repaired the unit and we were up and running in no time! I will not use any other service! Made our XMAS! Thank you Evenflow!
