A bit more expensive than it should have been, but the technician was very thorough and explained well the work he performed.
Ryan was very professional.He explained everything.Will definetly use Climate Control Services again. Reagan and Chris were excellant.The new HVAC system was explained ,operation etc.Everything was cleaned up and boxes removed.Would highly recommend CLIMATE CONTROL SERVICES . We also had them install a new water heater.Again,they were excellent.
Found a solution for a hard to get part and got it fixed as soon as they could. Work is quality and they do what the say. Could improve communication a bit.
We called they diagnosed, ordered the part and installed it as promised. Very friendly and professional service people. I called for a repeat problem and Danny came the same day, figured a solution, installed 2 new thermostats, rechecked the system and we are up and running again.

Climate Control is great! They replaced both of our air conditioner units and we are extremely happy with everything. They were very nice and professional. They install American Standard air conditioners - arguably the best - and their price was considerably better than others. If you do a little research you will hear that the installation is as important as the brand. Climate Control ranks among the best here, too. All in all, you'd be missing on a great opportunity if you didn't contact them for an estimate. Professional, great equipment, great price, great installation. I feel lucky to have found them thru these reviews.
They improved the wiring to my thermostat and identified a faulty component within my furnace. Replacement component was retrieved and installed same day as issue was found.
AC unit wasn't starting up properly. Tom was able to send someone out in 24hrs. Ryan explained my options & was able to replace a couple parts, had it running within 30 minutes. I will always call Climate Control
CCS installed a new furnace, air filter, heat pump, and water heater, plus a smart thermostat that's pretty cool. Their guys (Chris and Reagan) were friendly and never hesitated to answer my questions, and were obviously knowledgeable and experienced and took the time to do things right the first time. My furnace room is so much cleaner in terms of piping, etc, than it used to be. They fully tested all modes of operation and gave us a tutorial on the thermostat, answering all our questions, and completely cleaned up before considering the job complete. Tom, who was our initial contact, was the only heating contractor to actually measure our windows, attic insulation, wall thickness, and square feet and do the proper calculations to determine our heating load - all the others merely estimated it from the square feet. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services or technical expertise.
Tom came to our house and gave a very professional and thorough eval of our heating/AC/humidifier needs. We really liked our old American Standard furnace so it made sense to have Tom's/Jackie's team install another one. Just like our old furnace, we look forward to our new furnace lasting another 20 years! It's a great product! The team who came to install the units were also very polite and kept busy the entire time. They explained why things were done a certain way, so I was clear on all aspects of installation. They cleaned up all the packing material/boxes, the work areas, and put down mats on walking areas, so there were no issues with our white carpet. I also have 2 vocal dogs, but Reagan and Chris were very kind to them, so that they calmed down rather quickly. They are hard workers, and I would recommend them! They had to return a few days later to make 2 changes but they did it quickly and at no charge, so that was great.
We had a great experience with Climate Control Services and would highly recommend them to anyone! Quick online quote. Tom came out for some quick measurements and was very knowledgeable. Reagan and Chris came out 2 days later for a full furnace replacement and ac installation. Quick, prompt, efficient, clean. Great work. Great team!
I had a tough time finding a contractor willing to do my installation. It's a very tight fit. One contractor wanted me to relocate the water heater. Tom from Climate Control Services came out and said no problem, I can make it work. I had a detailed quote in hand within two hours with several options to choose from. Scheduled the install for the following week. The techs were on time, knowledgeable and did a great job including cleaning up after themselves. They also gave me a quick walk through of the new system before leaving. Thanks Tom and the folks and Climate Controls Systems for the great work!

Danny is extremely professional, capable and honest. He serviced both of our systems; the old Carrier system took some time and Danny was very thorough, telling us what might go wrong in the future and giving us options. Thank you for having such a good company with reliable, talented technicians! I wouldn’t consider purchasing the future American Standard replacement for the Carrier AC from any other company!
Installation was great. Top of the line American Standard System is so quiet and works great. The two zoned system with dampers solved our problem of having our upstairs 10 degrees warmer than 1st floor. The quote was reasonable and fair. Chose Climate Control Services because they are American Standard installer originally but was blown away by their professionalism and installation.
