Andrew was thorough and did an expert job servicing my HVAC system which I have come to both expect, and receive from Kustom. I know Andrew did everything properly because my father was in the HVAC trade since I was a kid. Andrew is a young man, but very well studied, trained, and qualified. I was impressed by his professionalism. A trait that is becoming more difficult to find as time goes on. Bottom line is that Kustom not only sells high quality equipment, but they also have a staff that provides professional and quality customer service. THAT sets Kustom above most businesses today. Anyone can sell you a product, but great customer service is what keeps Me coming back!

I just got a new air conditioning/furnace system installed. Corey and Jeff K. did an excellent job with the installation. They were up and down in the rain and then heat as I have a rooftop unit. They cleaned everything up and Jeff K. explained the computerized thermostat very well. Highly recommend this company! Had regular maintenance performed and an air purifier installed today. Had yearly ac check. Great service, as always. Highly recommend Kustom Heating and Air Conditioning!
I have to hand it to Todd and crew, they did a great job. I had a number of quotes done and most of them, including Kustom, came in around the same price. The reason Kustom got my money is that Todd listened about what I wanted and provided honest and professional feedback about what I actually needed (which, for the record, was against their self interest of selling more equipment). The other guys came in telling me what they were going to do without much consideration for what I wanted or the value of my money. Kustom went the extra mile to do a neat and clean install. The new heat pump is cooling our house great and I know we’ll be ready for winter. I’d highly recommend using Kustom. Don’t forget, good HVAC is all about decent equipment, a proper installation, and regular maintenance. You cheap out on any one of those and you’re bound to pay for it anyway in the long run, either in repairs, your electric/gas bill, or both.
Daniel was the very patient with us as we were very busy outside while he was working. He took his time, pointed out items that may need work, but did not pressure us. I would recommend Kustom Heating and Cooling, and most of all, Daniel! Great job!
Jeff did an excellent job on my hvac installation. On 6/9/2023 Jake completed an adjustment on return air damper to corect noise problem did a great job.
Martin was on time and completed all the services quickly. After the service he took extra care to be sure everything was spotless clean, very much appreciated. Will always recommend Kustom Heating to friends and neighbors.

Had Brandon last October to do my Furnace Clean & Check so it made sense to have him perform my A/C Clean & Check. I could not believe how dirty my cooling fins were. It looked like brand new after he was done. As a previous business manager for an HVAC company, Kustom does an excellent service by both the office and technician. The value is worth the price of $99.95. Give them a try!
Eric arrived on time. Expected work performed. Eric explained what he did, what he found. Thermostat, doors, lights etc put back in place. Excellent service!

Eric at Kustom Heating and Cooling did a terrific job! This was my second time using Kustom. A great bonus is Kustom sends a text w a photo of the service person so I could verify that the correct person was at my door. Eric was professional, polite and totally thorough. He explained his process and showed me photos of my furnace & AC units after he inspected them & did routine maintenance. He was quick to get started and stayed on task. Eric spent more than an hour examining and providing maintenance for the furnace(s) and another hour on the AC units. He told me what he saw and what I might expect on the horizon. I felt like I could totally trust what he was saying because he had simple explanations and showed me the images of the units. I will use Kustom Heating and Cooling again!
