Tim was out this morning, was very polite, informative, took a lot of time explaining what JR Herra could do for us. We have used JR Herra in the and have been nothing but happy and comfortable.

Michael was absolutely great today he came in and did a maintenance on my air conditioning and also helped me with a problem with my water softener. The whole company from start to finish was wonderful. Boolong my appointment was easy everyone was friendly and the text messages to let me know who my technician was, and when they were coming was especially helpful. I cannot recommend them enough as they have been doing work on our house for four years now and we will stay with them as long as they will have us
Our AC wasn't working at bedtime, so I turned it off. Early the next morning I called. The answering service took detailed notes as to what was happening. A few minutes later Dennis called to confirm & was on his way and my house was cooling.
Tim was very professional and helpful in diagnosing our AC issue. He laid out all of our options and let us take the lead on making a decision. Very honest and quality service!

When our church sewer backed up, finding a contractor to respond quickly to our emergency was difficult. Finally we found RJ Herra who responded immediately. They came out and scoped and rodded out a blockage. The guys told us then that we had some major problems in our old tile system. After a couple more emergency calls that they quickly responded to, they came up with a plan to repair the system with limited digging and minor disruption. Thanks to RJ Herra they replaced the bad tile and used a liner system on the good tile to the street. The process was affordable for the size of job and the sewer system is running great! RJ Herra is a great partner to have when it comes to all your plumbing needs!
Had a condenser motor that needed replacing. They did a great job, as they always do.

Tim helped us with an AC issue. The service was delivered same day and Tim explained everything thoroughly, provided many options without any pressure, and completed the work on the same visit. Not that first time we have used JR Herra and recommend them.

Tim Stern was very kind and efficient. He very kindly came late on a Friday evening. He explained everything while he looked at and repaired the AC unit. He was honest and professional. I would recommend his work to others.
Jesus is very thorough and explains the process and equipment so we understand what work is done and may need to be done. He will explain red flags that may necessitate future repairs. He is up to date on the latest technology and is able to explain to help us understand. Besides, he is a super nice guy!

Working with J&R Herra was such a smooth process. Everyone I spoke was polite and professional. John P. did a great job explaining the issues with our tub not draining and walked me through the process to correct it. He was thorough, made sure the work was satisfactory, and was easy to work with. Would use again and highly recommend.

I will definitely use J & R Herra again!! Katie and Deanna in the office were super friendly and helpful! They were able to have someone at our house within an hour or so. John arrived and checked out the issue. He was thorough, he was nice, and most importantly, he was honest. I appreciate everything this business offered us today and will call them again.
