Doc's HVAC was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Their technicians came to assess are failed air conditioner. They quickly determined what was wrong completed the repair and had it running immediately. Very happy I chose to work with Docs!
I would never refer this company to any one. If you want someone to go off personal attitudes go here. But I would say find another company. There contracted with American home shield. That company is a rip off also.
Ok people. Here’s the thing. These guys are the guys you want working on your HVAC. Mike knows this stuff inside and out. Nobody in the area would’ve been able to figure out my boiler problem in this hundred year old house. Just looking at this “spaghetti” of pipes in the basement gave me a headache. Mike came in and within minutes treated the problem as if he’s seen this a million times with the utmost professional service. These guys WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. Call them. Mike S St. Charles

Came out right away this morning for my old furnace that wouldn't ignite. Fixed it up for a reasonable price and it works like a charm. Been using Docs for years and will always sing their praises to anyone who needs an amazing HVAC service.
My A/C went out late one night on a horribly hot and humid day. I called Doc's the next morning (based on another recommendation) and John was at my house by noon. It turned out to not to be an easy fix but, John was amazing and work diligently (in the scorching sun) to get us back up and running. I am SO grateful for the amazing service!!
The "other guys" said our AC compressor was shot, and oh by the way we should replace our coils too...all for the low low cost of $5,200. We phoned a friend, who phoned a friend, who referred to us Doc (Mike). We called him Monday evening. His office set up a call later that night, for service on Tuesday! Mike came out to our house, and spent about an hour before determining that the contactor was damaged, which was causing a high pressure environment in the compressor (no, I don't know what any of that means). $235 later, our house is cool again! I was speechless, to say the least. I give Doc's HVAC my highest recommendation. Anyone with HVAC problems--especially if they seem hopeless--should give Mike a call first. p.s. We've dealt with several HVAC companies over the time we've lived here. None were as pleasant and profession and Mike and Dawn. What a treat!
We have been so happy with the service we've received from Doc's HVAC! We assumed that our A/C had finally died, and they came out within just a few hours of me calling. After a quick inspection they determined that the issue wasn't the A/C unit - it was just a dead thermostat! The unit also needed cleaning and more refrigerant, so they took care of that and did a bypass of the thermostat until another guy could come out to replace that. All the work - including the second visit - was completed in less than 2 hours, and our house is comfortable again!
Service technician was excellent and very courteous. One of my AC units was making a horrible noise and I expected a pretty large bill. As it turned out, the unit just needed to be cleaned and get a boost of refrigerant. I picked Doc's primarily because of their google reviews and they did not disappoint, would highly recommend.
