My A/C went down and a tech came out and a new unit was installed in 48 hours. Great service and follow through. Their techs were efficient and did a great job. Would highly recommend!
Highly recommend. Jig and his team have done installs and serviced my units for years. Very reasonable prices. He takes his time with you to make sure you understand the problem and potential solutions. He goes the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied with the outcome.
WeatherGuard has been very helpful and attentive in my experience. Given the age of my old system, I appreciated the periodic check-ins to ensure my systems were running well. By the time it was time to replace, they were thorough in explaining the options available, pros/cons of each system, and plan for completing these. After completion of my project, they checked in a few times to ensure there were no issues and to set reminders for registering the products. All this without the feeling of being pressured was a nice touch. You can tell they care about their customers. 100% would recommend!!
My home required replacement of the furnace and a/c, and Jig and his team made the process as painless as possible. They offered quality equipment and installation at a fair price. More importantly, Jig was very informative and followed-up several times to ensure everything went smoothly. Midnight on the coldest night of the year I was staring at a long ignored boiler problem finally coming back to bite me. My plumber had retired and I hadn't found a new person to call in a pinch. I left my information with a few web sites and started texting friends for referrals. At 8:10 AM my phone rang with Jake on the other end. He quickly gathered all the relevant information and said he'd get back to me. An hour later he called and said he had an associate in the area and could be there the same day. He called me at work when they were on the way and within a couple hours (and some quick thinking when my old boiler didn't quite have the same connections) hot water was again circulating, much quieter than before. I definitely recommend the services of this top notch business.
WeatherGuard was the BEST heating and air conditioning company we have ever used. They helped with my in-law’s unit replacement. They were prompt, professional and very reasonable. Jig Patel the owner of the company , made everything possible in the last minute and made sure my in-laws were safe and warm. On the very first call he gave them space heater to keep them warm till the unit was replaced. I highly highly recommend weather guard for all your heating and air conditioning needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Guys were extremely knowledgeable. Explained the whole process in detail and help in selecting the right unit for the house. Workers were super professional and installed the unit in timely manner leaving no mess behind.
My 20 plus year old AC finally quit, in the middle of a heat wave!!!! I called several HVAC companies. Jig from WeatherGuard contacted me within 10 minutes after leaving a message. Everyone else took their time getting back to me and two never called me back. After getting four estimates, one of which was over $4,000.00 higher than WeatherGuard, I decided to go with them. They were not the cheapest, but Jig promised he would get the job done ASAP. The other companies were giving me a time frame of "a week or so." It was 90 degrees in my home at one point, so going with WeatherGuard was a no brainer. Jig and his crew came through as promised. They were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the job earlier than expected, and left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. I am beyond happy with their service and would highly recommend them to my family and friends. I was in a pinch one day and decided to call Weatherguard to see if they would be able to assist with an a/c issue on a hot day. They were accommodating and they were able to fix the issue right away. I have been using them ever since and even had them replace our furnace and a/c with a top of the line American Standard product. Weatherguard is very knowledgeable and their techs explain everything upfront and are efficient at what they do. I made the mistake in the past of using the bigger name companies, I'm happy to say I can rely on Weatherguard if I have any HVAC questions or issues.
Furnace was not working properly. Called during bellow zero temperatures. Came right away. Fixed problems right away. Everything was great about the team&service. Highly recommended.
WeatherGuards has been referred by my friend. I had an issue with my Air conditioning system. Jig and his team showed up right away and replaced my Air Condition unit within 2 days of my complain. They are so professional.

One was clearly overpriced and a hard sell job. One was almost as expensive with no explanation as to the charges. One was too inexpensive to be true. One never returned my call. And then, like Goldilocks, I found one that was just right - WeatherGuard. The price was in the middle and Jig explained the rationale behind it. He gave me several reasons why he supported American Standard products. He answered questions quickly and even before I awarded the job to him, he called to let me know the furnace I needed was in stock. We decided together what features I needed and which I didn't -- no hard sell. He was able to install the next day. He went over the install process to make sure I understood. He called twice after his team left to make sure everything was working well. I love my new furnace and am enjoying my air conditioning. This experience is what I wish for all my consumer interactions - a company that builds trust with transparency, honesty and integrity.
