The technician explained the problem and what was needed to fix it
Jeremy and his team replaced our aging furnace, air conditioner and Humidifier. I was amazed that they did all of that in less than a day. They were organized and efficient as well as clean. They answered all of my questions before they left. I would recommend them highly.
These guys are total pros. They not only know their stuff, but they do the work to give you the best solution for the project. They have the customer in mind, they are trustworthy, and it's nice to find a company that is also really good at their work. We had them install a full AC system and it's working great.
Awesome punctuality and professionalism. Great price and did a great job making sure the job was done right and before and after pictures. Also cleaned the furnace the extra mile! 100%recommend to a friend!
We came home from Thanksgiving vacation to "no Heat". Jeremy was highly recommended by close friend and a family member. He was very punctual, got us running for 2 days while we decided the replacement needed. He was easy to work with and I did not feel pressured, he provided several options. Good price.! His install team did a great job. A very professional look to the finished install done quickly accurately, and they left no mess. I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about NorthSide Mechanical (Jeremy). Our condominium lost heat via our boiler in the dead of winter. We contacted three separate HVAC companies, and each company was unable to determine the cause, leaving us without heat for days. You can only imagine our frustration. We were at our wits ends, and I was in tears as the Board Vice President. I finally found Northside Mechanical and spoke to Jeremy. Jeremy was so compassionate and determined to help us. He came out the next day, and within a few hours, the problem was resolved. Jeremey would not give up until he found the issue. OMG!! Need I say more. Our hero! Jeremy went above and beyond. He was professional, wonderful, easy to work with, knowledgeable friendly, courteous, and never gave up until the issue was fixed. Jeremy is now our official HVAC person. A matter of fact. He just installed our new hot water heater today, and of course, he did an amazing job. Bravo to Northside Mechanical. You are a keeper!
Jeremy was on a call and couldn't get to me right away. Not only did he help me diagnose the problem, but he walked me through the repair. He is TRULY a life saver. Thanks to him my kids no longer are huddled up by a space heater and my pipes won't freeze tonight. This is the second time he's helped me . First time he did other work for me and that was great as well.
One of the best coworkers I've encountered in my 21+ years of experience in the HVAC field. I've worked with Jeremy for several years in the past and he always showed pride & dedication to his work, customers and coworkers. He has the "do it right or don't do it at all" attitude in the field. And I can appreciate that being that it's very rare nowadays. A lot of techs & companies kinda "milk" their way in their career. Ran into many in my days. I enjoyed working with him many times and have learned a lot from him. I always knew him to be a leader in the industry and knew that he would be great and successful at running his own business some day. I easily know of hundreds of HVAC technicians, but only know a small handful of technicians with the work ethic that Jeremy has. I highly recommend him & his company and to be honest I even have recommended him many times over the company that I was employed by at the time because I knew he would do a better job for a better price. I'm very confident in Jeremy and his company and would only recommend the best to anyone. And can assure you that he is one of the best.
I've never used a better HVAC contractor! Honest and trustworthy, we have worked with them on a brand new AC system and our existing boiler and their work was clean, professional and very competitive. I've referred them to several people who have also had great results! You should definitely reach out to them for any HVAC project for a quote.
I met Jeramy on a job site a couple years ago. Since then he has completed multiple jobs for me. His pricing is fair and his crew is polite, clean and knowledgeable.

So helpful! We woke up to find our furnace only running for about 30 seconds and shutting off. They came out later that day and had the problem fixed in less than hour. Amazing!
Jeremy and his team of pros do an exceptional job before, during and AFTER the project. My furnace had drainage issues and we lost heat during our first Chicago frost. They walked me thru some basic steps to quickly get heat restored within a half-hour. EXCEPTIONAL JOB, Guys!!!
