Making the appointment was easy. I was disappointed that my technician arrived 40 min after the scheduled time slot with no communication, but he was able to diagnose and fix the problem pretty quickly once he got here.

Alltech was recommended by a neighbor, and I'm very happy with the result, so I'm paying it on. The new AC system works perfectly, and John has been very responsive to questions and issues.
Alltech was recommended to us as our tankless hot water heater was not working. They sent a tech named Alex who was responsive to our needs. He was very knowledgeable and diligently worked to solve the problem and get the part needed ASAP. So good to have hot water again!
I'll use Alltech for all HVAC needs. They are always very quick to set up an appointment, show up on time, and do a great job. Each tech has been extremely knowledgeable and professional.

This company and it's employees are the reason I use small owned businesses. From start to finish, Joe, John, Alex and Rick to include the office staff were amazing. Alex and Rick were the most professional people I have met in a long time. The price was good, communication great and Alex and Rick were amazing. Keep it up!

I have called them on two separate occasions and both times they were here quickly to address my AC issue. I find everyone at Alltech to be very professional and what I liked most was that they were willing to try simple fixes before suggesting costly replacements. The last time that they were here my unit was leaking inside and instead of suggesting to replace the coil, they cleaned it out along with a drainage clog. I have worked with other companies in the past where they suggested replacement before trying to repair what I had. I am very satisfied with the service I received!
Installed new a/c and air handler. Was pleased with everything. I live in a condominium complex with the air conditioner on the roof they even walked around the roof when they were done and picked up screws and bolts left by other air conditioner companies
Alltech HVAC replaced my furnace and central air with in a day of my accepting their estimate, I was given this prioritized service due to my AC not working and the outside temperature was in the mid 80’s. I had gotten two other estimates from other contractors and was given a window of 7 to 14 days for installation. This was my first time using Alltech and they treated me like family, could not be more pleased. Highly recommend
Alltech is the best! They do great work for a great price. John, Emily and the team are all super responsive, knowledgable, professional and personable. They saved us when our home's boiler died in zero degree weather and when our HVAC needed replacing at our rental. I will never go anywhere else for our HVAC needs!

Fantastic experience with this company. Responsive, honest, polite and professional. They assisted with removal of a furnace and water heater for a flood mitigation system to be installed and the process was flawless. Dump the big name companies and support local 👍🏻👍🏻
Joe from Alltech came out this morning to troubleshoot and repair a leaking system on our new home. He was truly professional and found the issue almost immediately. We could not be happier with the service recieved and would reccomend Alltech to anyone in the Chicago Area!
