Job well done, excellent communication, price, clean up and personable employees
Our technician was polite, professional, courteous and informative regarding our 3 A/C systems in our home.
Several years ago, Perfect Temperature installed a ductless AC system in our older home and the service was exceptional. When we needed some repair they were extremely responsive. Mike was courteous, friendly, and willing to work very late to get everything working properly.
PTAC unit was randomly cyclin the fan. Unit is obsolete so no new parts are available. Sergio, the Perfect Temperature tech told me I needed the main control board for the unit. If I can't find one would require complete replacement costing about $1,300. I found one for $105 and another tech Mike installed. As usual the Perfect Temperature solution was spot on.
We have used Perfect Temperature Control for our heating and air conditioning systems for several years now. We always have a seasonal check up on both and they always do a great job. The technicians are always helpful with any questions that you have and they explain what they're doing as they go along. We believe their maintenance has helped us not experience any problems with either system over the years!

Kevin awesome, through and took the time to show me and explained what I needed to know about the radiant heat system. He knew what he was doing.
Vince was able to troubleshoot and fix the problems I was having with my furnace in a timely manner. He also educated me on how I can troubleshoot the system myself in the future. I really appreciated having someone assess my HVAC system honestly instead of simply looking for reasons to sell me a new one. I will definitely use this company for future HVAC needs.
Perfect Temperature Control installed back in November, at my home. new HVAC equipment including Heat Pump. Sergio provided all explanations and recommended excellent equipment; installers did perfect job in timely matter. Equipment runs well, Heat Pump generates savings! I highly recommend Perfect Temperature Control. Our boiler wasn't working & I had several companies come out to try to fix it. One told us it was beyond repair & tried to sell me a $15k replacement. Joe from Perfect Temperature Control came out the same day as my call. He was very professional & friendly. His expertise showed...he fixed our boiler that day!
Kevin diagnosed the problem quickly - one of the three burners in our furnace not igniting. He made the necessary adjustments and the furnace and now works fine.

Joe was the technician. It was such a pleasure seeing him and working with him. We just bought our house, and he is the one that knows the place more than even the previous owners. He is such a wonderful young man. He reviewed everything with me and shared the last maintenance and what I needed in the future. His knowledge was the best I have ever seen.
I have used Perfect Temp. in the past and was very satisfied. This time I was not. I called on a Saturday and got the answering service who said I would get a call on Monday. I did not. I called the following Friday and set up an appointment for a certain day between 9AM and Noon. Your associated did not arrive until 1:20. I did not receive any notification that he was running late. I was about to call and cancel, but cold weather is setting in and I wanted my furnace cleaned. Then when all was done, I got sticker shock when your prices went up $20 dollars from last year.
While I did not know that Mike was scheduled yikes!! He was great and able to work within my schedule And complete the work in record time Mike is great your schedule for our process to schedule and notify the customer needs review again I highly recommend Mike
Fall maintenance on my furnance, water heater, and humidifier. Mitch did an excellent job, explaining what was done amd making sure I understood. I need a new humidifier and Mitch explained my choices. He also gave me his recommendation and the reasons why he felt it was my best choice, noting the end decision is mine. Perfect Temp always makes sure I understand what is happening with my systems. During the 20+ years, I have always been very happy with them.
They raised there prices for cleaning service 30%. I have been a customer for over 25 years and I think that increase is too much for me. Finding a new vender.
