My AC went out and the person who installed it was out of town and recommended I contact A&M. They were the only company who answered the phone on a Sunday evening, and they were at my house Monday morning and solved the issue before most of the companies I left messages for even tried to call me back. The people they sent were super professional and explained what the problem was in a way I could understand. The fix was easier (and less expensive) than what I was expecting. Can't recommend them enough!!!
They are the only group I call. They are responsive and I feel they are looking out for my best interest. Prices are good and the customer service is exceptional.
Pros. Showed up at listed time. Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Will use them again, no doubt.
I can not recommend this company enough! What a fantastic and professional experience from start to finish! My 60 year old boiler went out and as a result wound up with a few burst pipes to go along with it. A gentleman named Al came out and gave me an estimate. I was quoted a mid 80% energy efficient boiler. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. No extra bells and whistles, just what I needed to get me up and running again. The install crew was AMAZING!! Big thanks to Luis, Jordan & Jose for an absolutely beautiful install and all the repairs on the busted pipes. And last, but not least, Marci from the office is one of the nicest people in the world! She was involved via phone, email & text from start to finish to make sure everyone was doing their part making sure my boiler replacement and repairs were as pain free and carefree as possible for us. I can't remember the last time I've dealt with a more honest, efficient and professional company as A&M Heating and Cooling. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs! 5 stars all the way!!!
From beginning to end this company was very professional. They cared about getting me the correct HVAC system for my home. I would recommend them 100%.

On a very cold day my heat was not working. I called A&M at 8am, by 10:15 a very polite and professional technician and his helper were here and promptly repaired the problem. I highly recommend this company.
Water heater tank replacement today. As always Luis was superbly professional & pleasant Company apprentice new fella Jordan equally on his game and super pro, efficient and ultra polite. Old water heater tank (gas) swapped out with a new Rheem electric. All completed in a little less than 90 minutes. Thank you, A&M!
I had a problem with our electric heater and called many HVAC companies for help, but most told me they couldn't get the necessary parts for repair for another 2-3 weeks. Frustrated and in need of a solution, I called A&M and spoke with Marci. She was extremely informative and helpful, and within a few hours of my call, she had set me up with a technician for the next morning. By the afternoon, the technician had already diagnosed the problem, obtained the necessary parts, and replaced the heater. All of this happened within 16 hours of my initial call to A&M. The rate they charged me was very reasonable as well. I will definitely use their service again in the future.

The entire team from start to finish, including their newest member Jordan did an exceptional job addressing my radiator need. Luis and Jordan were 100% efficient, professional, thorough and super informative. Scheduling with Marci was both wonderful and a breeze despite the holiday timeframes. I called A and M after four seasons insisted I need a new heater in two of my rental units and was asking for $14,900! It was one of those dangerously cold Chicago days - I called on a Sunday morning at 7am. I did not get an automated responce- I got a direct answer from the technician himself. I explained the situation and he arrived to my unit in an hour. What Four seasons quoted as $14grand, Luis was able to fix for $1000. That’s 13 thousand dollars difference - The tech explained everything and made sure I understood the issue . I couldn’t be in the unit when he was fixing it due to work so he texted me photos of his before and after which offered me great comfort I will only use this company going forward because I was so pleased with their costumer service . They were honest, quick, reliable and got the job done after a larger company tried to rip me off. From start to finish to communicating with their billing department- 10 stars!!!!

I had a great experience with the A&M! I was worried that I was going to have to replace my furnace. Luis was on-time and very reassuring that he could fix it. He was able to fix my furnace and make sure I was all set for the winter. I will definitely be using A&M again.
I have been utilizing the services of A&M Heating and Cooling for more than 15 years. They are very responsive and provide great service at a very fair price. I had an emergency on a Saturday, and Luis was there within the hour! He had the situation handled quickly for a reasonable fee. They explain everything as they go along, helping you to make informed decisions. I highly recommend A&M!
Ac system wasn’t working properly in 95 degree plus heat, they came out in less than 24 hours to help fix the problem and get our system running properly. Very friendly people would highly recommend

One of the hottest days in May ever and the AC wasn't working. I started calling places with no luck until I talked to A&M. I explained what was going on and was told possibly after 5pm someone could be there. Phone call came noonish and they were on their way. Super friendly, knowledgeable, very fast and affordable. They have a customer for life and will recommend them to anyone. In addition to the fact they are local. I can't say thank you enough.
I called A&M to get a second opinion after a different company said I needed to replace my furnace. A&M was able to get technician out the same day. He was able to repair the furnace, saving me a lot of money. Great experience from the initial phone call through the repair. They’re first on my list to call if anything future issues come up!
