Needed a pump for our woodburner and ordered one from Oozzio and received it the next day!!! Good price and great customer service. Talked to a human right away instead of automated!! 5 stars all around!!
A trustworthy company with highly qualified employees! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They helped me get my part next day even when I ordered right at the 2pm cutoff time. I can't thank them enough August in Florida with a lightning strike busted AC makes for a pretty uncomfortable situation. These folks made it all better in a hurry! I even had to return a part and there was no issue. I got my return number, packaged the item, & mailed it. I got all my money back and very quickly. They were easy to work with on the return
This place states their returns are Easy and Fast. Well, they will find any way to keep your money. I purchased a $400 thermostat from them that would not work with my unit, which brings up that their description was as awful as their customer service. Yes, I had opened bags, and everything I used was returned as it would have been to any other vendor. Home Depot, Lowes, and Amazon, to mention a few, would have taken this back and refunded ALL my money. This RIP OFF company told me they were keeping all the money. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
