Great company to work with and Robert did a wonderful job explaining everything to us.
We arrived home after being gone a couple of days to find that our air conditioner wasn’t cooling the house. We called and an hour later Neil was here and replaced a capacitor that had blown. We are up and running just a couple of hours after finding there was an issue. We really appreciate the great service Castle has always provided!
Castle home comfort are exceptional, from the person who answers the phone to the person that shows up at your house. They are ALL very knowledgeable

Jayson was our tech and was very kind and knowledgeable. Explained things in a friendly and easy manner so nothing was confusing or left as an unanswered question. Wasn't phased by our toddler's antics and took care of everything he needed to. We've used Castle for a few years now and they always get things taken care of in a timely fashion and friendly manner. They're pretty great!

Castle Home Improvement listens well to customer issues, provides effective solutions, and high quality service. They are the best company to work with! Today I had a safety check done on my furnace and the technician found a gas leak. This allowed for repairs to be made in a timely manner. I strongly encourage preventative maintenance and safety inspections, in the end you will save money and avoid a stressful situation. All of the employees I have worked with at Castle have been exemplary. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide quality customer service!
I can't say enough amazing things! The AC went out and it was one of the hottest days...within the hour we had a diagnosis, preventative ideas, and working AC! Neil did an incredible and thorough job!
